    Abstract: A dosimetry assessment method for an organ at risk (OAR) in an esophageal radiotherapy plan includes: acquiring volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT) plan data of a patient with esophageal cancer, and obtaining a distance-target histogram (DTH); subjecting a geometric feature vector of the DTH to dimension reduction to obtain a dimension-reduced geometric feature vector; establishing a deep belief network (DBN) model, and completing training the DBN model; non-linearly fitting a correlation between a dose feature vector and the dimension-reduced geometric feature vector to obtain a dose feature vector with a dimension being identical to a dimension of the dimension-reduced geometric feature vector; and reconstructing the dose feature vector through a decoding layer of an autoencoder structure to obtain a dose feature vector with a dimension being identical to a dimension of the geometric feature vector before the dimension reduction, and finally obtaining a dose-volume histogram (DVH) for predicting the OAR

A binding support function BSF device stores a session record, and the session record is created by a policy control function PCF device. The method includes: The BSF device sends a positioning parameter of the session record to the PCF device; and the BSF device receives a response message returned by the PCF device, and deletes the session record when determining, based on the response message, that a session corresponding to the positioning parameter does not exist in the PCF device. Session stability can be further ensured while a storage capacity of the BSF device is ensured.

The sequencer 130 is sequential and deterministic to approximately 10 microsecond resolution. The sequencer 130 includes a trigger router which can be a fully configurable trigger input and trigger output routing matrix. Every trigger input can be configured via several detection modes such as active high, active low, level high and level low. Also, trigger outputs can be configured to be triggered on single, multiple or auto triggers if set.
