    Abstract: The present invention provides a use of IGF-1 in the preparation of medicaments for preventing and/or treating liver tumors, relating to the technological field of prevention and treatment of hepatocarcinoma. In embodiments of the present invention, experiments are carried out on mice, demonstrating that over-expression of IGF-1 in hepatocytes induces the apoptosis of cancerous cells indirectly, and inhibits the occurrence and development of liver tumors; high level of IGF-1 significantly promotes the function of thymus, delays the degeneration of thymus, and does not cause the dysfunction of thymus; high level of IGF-1 significantly promotes the function of spleen T lymphocyte; high level of IGF-1 significantly enhances the number and activity of tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes; long-term over-expression of IGF-1 does not significantly promote the incidence of tumors in all organs and tissues in mice, indicating the safety of high IGF-1 level in the body.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of prevention of a water disaster in coal mining, and discloses a risk evaluation method of an overburden bed-separation water disaster in a mining area. In the prior art, prevention of the bed-separation water disaster is achieved mainly by making bed-separation water “cut-off holes” and “diversion holes” underground; however, the degree of a roof bed-separation water disaster in the mining area has not yet been qualitatively or quantitatively evaluated and analyzed, resulting in blindness of the prevention of the bed-separation water disaster.     Abstract: A method for classifying eco-geological environment types based on coal resource exploitation solves the problem in the prior art of a lack of combined consideration of different geological and ecological environments on the surface in a to-be-mined area before coal mining. Based on surveys of ecological, hydrological, and geological information of the area, and by means of a Fuzzy Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process (FDAHP) and weighted fuzzy C-means clustering, the present invention determines different eco-geological environment types. According to the existing ecological, hydrological, and geological information, the present invention can rapidly and effectively classify the different eco-geological environment types, and further determine eco-geological features and their sensitivity to coal resource exploitation.
