Abstract: A method for network handover includes sending a first message that includes first information to a second network, where the first information is used to indicate that a user equipment needs to be handed over from a first network to the second network, so that a target gateway device allocates, to the user equipment according to at least the first information sent by the second network, a second Internet Protocol (IP) address that is the same as a first IP address and used when a second packet data network (PDN) connection is established by using the second network and the target gateway device, where the first IP address is an IP address used when the user equipment establishes a first PDN connection by using the first network and the target gateway device. Therefore, service continuity is ensured after a network handover.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for establishing a packet data network PDN connection. A method includes: receiving, by a trusted wireless local area network access network TWAN device, a trigger message from a user equipment; obtaining, by the TWAN device, an access point name APN from the user equipment; sending, by the TWAN device, a create session request message carrying the APN to a PDN gateway; receiving, by the TWAN device, a create session response message carrying an IP address from the PDN gateway; and sending, by the TWAN device, the IP address to the user equipment. In this way, an additional PDN connection or a non-default PDN connection is established for a user equipment to extend a network access range of the user equipment.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a session transfer method, a device and a system, which relate to the communication field and are used to solve the problem that a conference to which a session belongs cannot be controlled after the session is transferred. In the method and the apparatus for searching for a network according to embodiments of the present invention, if it is determined that the UE normally camping on the cell of the current PLMN is in the access barred state and cannot be successfully registered with the current PLMN, the PLMN search is performed, so that when the UE is in the access barred state, the UE can still perform the PLMN search, and can further select a new PLMN for access and execute a normal service, thereby improving user experience.

A message returned by the third UE according to the call request is received, and the third UE is controlled to establish a connection with the second UE and to break a connection with the first UE.
