Abstract: Disclosed in the present application is a lighting apparatus and a lighting system, including: a housing; a light source module, provided in the housing; a diffusion shield, connected to the housing and spaced apart from the light source module; and an end cover, provided on two ends of the housing and connected to the diffusion shield, in which the diffusion shield comprises a first diffusion wall and a second diffusion wall positioned on two sides of the first diffusion wall, in which the second diffusion wall further includes a light shading area and a light transmitting area both in a light emitting direction X, the light transmitting area connected to the first diffusion wall, the light shading area positioned on a side of the light transmitting area distal to the first diffusion wall, light of the light source module emitting from the first diffusion wall and the light transmitting area.
