Abstract: A system for scheduling mold manufacturing includes a number of user computers (1) connected with a server (3) by a network (2), a standard parameter database (5), and a task scheduling database (6). Each user computer includes a standard parameter setting module for setting standard parameters; a task scheduling module for analyzing and calculating a workload of each manufacturing unit and machine, generating a workload list, scheduling working procedures of mold manufacturing, simulating scheduling results, generating a schedule, and transmitting the schedule; a task tracking and feedback module for tracking and sending out feedback of current process and workloads of manufacturing units and machines, generating a work process list, and dynamically updating the workload list. A related method is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system for automatically updating versions of software programs in client computers includes: client computers (1), each including software programs (10) and a version update inquiry module (11); an application server (2) including a version number obtaining module (200), a comparing module (201), a connecting module (202), and an updating module (203); a database (3) for storing version numbers of newest versions of the software programs; and an FTP server (4) for storing the newest versions of the software programs. Each time a software program is operated by a user in a client computer, the version update inquiry module sends an inquiry to the application server. The application server responds by determining whether the current version of the software program is the newest, and updating the software program to the newest version obtained from the FTP server if the current version of the software program is not the newest.

Abstract: A performance assessing system includes an application server (1), a database (5) connected with the application server, and a number of client computers (3) connected with the database via a network (4). Each client computer provides an interface for a user to input an employee's number and a starting time, and for showing a performance report on the employee. The database stores a number of products machining documents and a number of performance assessing tables. The application server includes a series of function modules for collecting daily products schedule results from a product machining scheduling system (2), tracing machining statuses of the products, computing the employee's work hours, work efficiency and work quality, and generating the employee's performance report. A related method is also disclosed.
