    Abstract: A wireless station (STA) operating as a non-simultaneous transmit-receive (NSTR) soft access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) is associated with a primary link and a non-primary link. The NSTR softAP MLD transmits, on only the primary link, a frame including a complete profile of the primary link and indicating a complete profile of the non-primary link. The respective complete profiles of the primary link and the non-primary link each include capabilities, operation parameters, and other discovery information. The frame can include fields and elements that carry the complete profile of the primary link, and can include a multi-link (ML) element that indicates the complete profile of the non-primary link. The NSTR softAP MLD can receive or determine an update to the operation parameters of the non-primary link, and can transmit, on the primary link, an indication of the update to the operation parameters of the non-primary link.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing data traffic in restricted target wake time (TWT) service periods (SPs). In some aspects, an access point (AP) may transmit a packet, at the beginning of a restricted TWT SP, that signals all non-member wireless stations (STAs) to defer access to the wireless medium for at least a threshold duration. Upon receiving the packet, any non-member STAs that are associated with the AP may set their network allocation vectors (NAVs) according to the duration indicated by a duration field of the received packet. In some implementations, low-latency STAs that are members of the TWT SP may not set their NAVs according to the duration field of the received packet. Instead, the low-latency STAs may access the wireless medium before the NAVs associated with the non-member STAs expire.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for increasing the transmit power of wireless communication devices operating on power spectral density (PSD)-limited wireless channels. Some implementations more specifically relate to signaling in a trigger frame to support distributed transmissions via distributed resource units (dRUs). In some implementations, an access point (AP) may transmit a trigger frame soliciting a trigger-based (TB) physical layer convergence protocol (PLCP) protocol data unit (PPDU) from a wireless station (STA), where the trigger frame carries RU allocation information identifying a distributed resource unit (dRU) allocated for the STA and carries tone mapping information indicating a selected spreading bandwidth design for the wireless channel or subchannel. The AP can support channel puncturing by selecting a particular spreading bandwidth design that controls how dRUs are mapped to non-contiguous tones spanning respective spreading bandwidths.

    Abstract: A method for communicating in a wireless sensor network (WSN) is described. Using control logic, a first wireless transceiver is caused to transmit a wireless packet to a node in a wireless sensor network. The control logic bases its causing on a transmission coinciding with a break in transmission for a second wireless network, such that the transmission from the first wireless transceiver does not coincide with transmissions made on the second wireless network. Time synchronized channel hopping (TSCH) slot frames for wireless packet transmission in the wireless sensor network are caused to be time offset if the first wireless transceiver is utilizing TSCH. Wake up sequence transmissions for the wireless sensor network are caused to be time offset if the first wireless transceiver is utilizing coordinated sampled listening (CSL).

The STA may use the second puncturing pattern to transmit or receive one or more packets over the wireless channel.

In some aspects, a trigger frame may carry information to be included in a physical layer (PHY) preamble of a TB PPDU solicited by the trigger frame. For example, the information may indicate values of one or more subfields of a universal signal field (U-SIG) associated with the non-legacy TB PPDU format. In some aspects, the information may be carried in a special user information field of the trigger frame. For example, the special user information field may be identified by a special association identifier (AID) value. The special AID value may be different than any AID values assigned to wireless communication devices in a basic service set (BSS) associated with the TB PPDU.

In some implementations, an access point (AP) establishes a restricted TWT session for one or more wireless stations (STAs) associated with latency sensitive traffic, the restricted TWT session including restricted TWT service periods (SPs) during which the AP reserves access to the wireless medium for only the one or more STAs associated with the latency sensitive traffic. The AP transmits a clear-to-send (CTS) frame at a start of each restricted TWT SP, the CTS frame indicating to other STAs that the wireless medium is unavailable for a duration of the respective restricted TWT SP. The AP transmits latency sensitive data to or receives latency sensitive data from the one or more STAs during at least one of the restricted TWT SPs.
