  • Publication number: 20240412615
Abstract: A method for locating and mitigating a gas leak includes receiving gas leak sensory data from one or more gas leak detection sensors disposed on a gas-handling system and further receiving environmental conditions data. The method further includes dispatching an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to a location upon detecting a gas leak using the one or more gas leak detection sensors and collecting one or more visual images of the gas-handling system using the UAV once it has reached the location. The method further includes determining, using the one or more visual images, the gas leak sensory data, and the environmental conditions data, a gas leak location and identifying components of the gas-handling system impacted by the gas leak given the gas leak location. The method further includes determining a mitigation action and resolving the gas leak by applying the mitigation action.

  • Publication number: 20240210266
Abstract: Systems and methods include a computer-implemented method for inspecting and reporting water infiltration. A visual reading of a fitting inspected by the source at a remote location is received at a central site from a source. The visual reading is captured by the source, and the fitting is operable to monitor a conduit system at the remote location. A determination is made, by one or more processors at the central site based on evaluating the visual reading, that an infiltration by foreign matter has occurred in the conduit system. A cause of the infiltration is identified by the one or more processors based on the visual reading. Infiltration information is generated for the infiltration and the cause of the infiltration. The infiltration information is provided for display in a graphical user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240152134
Abstract: Example computer-implemented methods, media, and systems for isolating an emergency within process systems of a hydrocarbon processing facility are disclosed. One example method includes receiving a drawing of multiple process systems of a hydrocarbon processing facility. A respective identifier is assigned to each of multiple drawing vectors, where each of the multiple drawing vectors corresponds to a respective component of the multiple process systems. The multiple drawing vectors are coded based on the assigned identifiers. One or more drawing vectors connected to a location of the emergency are determined from the multiple coded drawing vectors. One or more connections between the one or more drawing vectors and the location of the emergency are identified. A first isolation valve for isolation of the emergency is determined from one or more isolation valves corresponding to the one or more connections. The first isolation valve is provided for the isolation of the emergency.

  • Patent number: 11383773
Abstract: The vehicle includes a load bearing portion, a counterweight, a stability control system and a controller. The counterweight is mounted on the load transport vehicle along a longitudinal axis of the load transport vehicle. The counterweight is configured to counter a first moment generated by a load carried by the load bearing portion. The first moment causes the load transport vehicle to rotate along a first vertical plane perpendicular to a ground on which the load transport vehicle rests or is driven. The first plane is parallel to the longitudinal axis. The stability control system is mounted on the load transport vehicle. The stability control system is extendable along the longitudinal axis to counter a second moment causing the load transport vehicle to rotate along the first vertical plane.
