Through the third opening, an outflow of the air from the cover member by rotation of said deflecting unit is relatively high. Through the fourth opening, an inflow of the air into the cover member by rotation of said deflecting unit is relatively high. The detecting unit is provided at a position where the air flow blowing through the third opening hits the detecting unit.
