A storing unit stores a plurality of different POP advertisements. Each of the plurality of different POP advertisements has at least one of (i) moving images or (ii) music. A selection unit selects a particular POP advertisement from the plurality of stored POP advertisements. An output unit outputs the particular POP advertisement in response to a detection signal output from the sensor unit such that the output unit start a presentation of the particular POP advertisement when the sensor detects the person.
