    Abstract: A multi-turn detector is configured to detect an amount of multiple turns of an input shaft using a plurality of resolvers. Each resolver includes a rotor portion and a stator portion. The rotor portion has a rotor core composed of a magnetic flux modulating component. The rotor portion rotates in accordance with rotation of the input shaft at a reduction gear ratio that is different from that of a rotor portion of another resolver. The stator portion has an excitation winding that excites an ac magnetic flux in a direction of an axis of rotation of the rotor portion and two detection windings that output ac signals that are obtained by performing amplitude modulation in accordance with a rotation angle of the rotor portion. The excitation windings and the detection windings of the plurality of resolvers are formed by conductor traces in a common multi-layer printed circuit board.

The coil group for a single phase is constituted by a plurality of coil sets, formed from two coils that are wound around two adjacent magnetic pole teeth, connected in series. Each coil set includes coils of the two magnetic pole teeth constituting that coil set wound in opposite directions to each other looking from the inside of the stator. An electrical wire extending from an end winding of each coil is turned back so as to run in a direction opposite to an electrical wire connection to a start winding of that coil, and is connected to either a start winding of the next coil or a connection terminal.

    Abstract: A gas supplied from a gas source is exposed to an atmosphere above a liquid surface in a tank saving the liquid and thereafter is supplied around a wafer in a treatment chamber through a gas supply passage and a supply port. The gas supplied around the wafer uniformly flows from around the wafer toward above the center of the wafer and thereafter is discharged from an exhaust port which is formed at the top of the treatment chamber. Meanwhile, with respect to the wafer, heat treatment is performed by a heating mechanism and a predetermined PEB is carried out. The humidified gas is supplied into the treatment chamber, thereby preventing drying in the treatment chamber. Therefore, water in resist is not taken out, resulting in that a required resist pattern can be formed on the wafer.

When consecutive data are to be read out, the second block take-out means arithmetically processes, on the basis of the contents of the second block table Tb2, the block numbers Dij to be read out and hands over the results to the data read-out means.
