Publication number: 20240159623Abstract: A vibration diagnosis device is configured to diagnose vibration of a diagnosis target on the basis of an input signal from outside. The vibration diagnosis device includes a vibration sensor configured to detect the vibration of the diagnosis target, a filtering unit configured to extract a prescribed wavelength band from a waveform of a signal detected by the vibration sensor, and an arithmetic processing unit configured to apply a frequency analysis to the filtered waveform, which is obtained by the filtering unit, to generate spectral data. When, on the basis of the input signal, the arithmetic processing unit does not generate the spectral data, the arithmetic processing unit calculates at least one fundamental vibration statistic from the waveform of the signal detected by the vibration sensor and diagnoses the presence/absence of an abnormality of the diagnosis target.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 10, 2022Publication date: May 16, 2024Applicant: NSK LTD.Inventors: Yasushi MUTOH, Fumiko OHFUJI

Patent number: 5443317Abstract: A rolling bearing in which the outer diameter of a first rolling element is different from that of a second rolling element. During the operation of the rolling bearing, the speeds of revolution of the first and second rolling elements are different from each other due to a difference in their outer diameter. The circumferential directions in which the first and second rolling elements move within pockets are opposite to each other, so that a cage is prevented from vibrating with respect to the first and second rolling elements.Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 1994Date of Patent: August 22, 1995Assignee: NSK Ltd.Inventors: Tatunobu Momono, Yasushi Mutoh
