    Abstract: A photoelectric conversion device includes: a photoelectric conversion element; a voltage converter; an electric storage; a load; a voltage monitor; a switch that switches between a first state and a second state; and a controller. In the first state, a voltage output from the voltage converter is applied to the electric storage but not the load, and in the second state, the voltage output is not applied to either the electric storage or the load. When the monitored voltage of the electric storage reaches a full charge voltage of the electric storage, the electric storage is discharged and a voltage is applied to the load by switching the switch to the second state. When the monitored voltage of the electric storage becomes less than the full charge voltage of the electric storage, the electric storage is charged by switching the switch to the first state.

    Abstract: To provide an antifouling coating composition which does not contain copper or any copper compound (e.g., cupric oxide) and therefore enables the production of an antifouling coating film that does not undergo discoloration or cracking caused by ultraviolet ray or moisture, can have a low VOC and long-term antifouling properties at high levels simultaneously, and has excellent mechanical strength. A two-part hydrolysable antifouling coating composition of the present invention comprises two liquids, i.e., a first component containing a polyester resin having a solid content acid value and a hydroxyl value of 50-200 mgKOH/g and 100 mgKOH/g or less, respectively, and having a viscosity of 500 mPa·s or less at 25° C.; and a second component in paste form containing a zinc oxide, and based on the total amount of the first and second components, the content of volatile organic compound is 400 g/L or less, and copper or any copper compound is not contained.

The stabilization base (4) is movable between the use position where it is projected outwards in relation to an outer edge of a grounding portion of an apparatus main body (2) and the storage position where it is stored on the inner side in relation to an outer edge of the apparatus main body. The stabilization base in the use position is immovably locked by lock means (10), (10) provided in the apparatus main body, and the locking by the lock means is canceled by pressing from the lower side or a lateral side.

    Abstract: A Czochralski crystal pulling apparatus for carrying out the Czochralski crystal pulling process is provided with a reflecting plate for reflecting radiation heat radiated from the surface of a molten material contained in a crucible toward a contact region of the surface of the molten material contiguous with the wall of the crucible to heat the molten material in the contact region so that the temperature of the molten material in the contact region may be prevented to reach the solidifying point. The reflecting plate is suspended by wires from cross beams so that the radiation heat transfer from the surface of a crystal toward a surrounding radiation heat transfer surface of a furnace may not be intercepted. The surface of the molten material is maintained on a level above the upper end of a high temperature region of a heater so that the surface of the molten material may be kept in comparatively low temperature to promote the crystal growth rate.
