  • Publication number: 20130010109
Abstract: A trail camera includes a lens and at least one sensor. The lens includes a plurality of sensing areas having different sensing angles separately. Each of the sensing areas can collect the light, and the light focuses on the at least one sensor after passing through the lens. The focuses do not overlap one another. Each of the at least one sensor is located at one of imaging positions of the focuses. The at least one sensor can optionally be activated to receive the light collected form the aforesaid sensing areas for the purpose of optionally changing the tracking range. The at least one sensor or the lens each can alter their positions to make the light focus on the sensor, so the number of the sensor or lens applied to the present invention can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 8154651
Abstract: Disclosed is an image recording apparatus capable of preventing maloperations when entering into sleep mode. The image recording apparatus comprises a display module, a detecting unit, a power supply unit, a first switch, a second switch and a control unit having an interrupt unit. The control unit controls the first switch in an on-state to supply power to the display module and the detecting unit and executes a corresponding operation. After an idle status of the image recording apparatus exceeds a predetermined time, the control unit disables the interrupt unit and controls the second switch in an on-state and the first switch in an off-state to supply power to the detecting unit via the second switch. After a default time, the control unit enables the interrupt unit, therefore, maloperations when entering into the sleep mode can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20100017639
Abstract: A power management apparatus including power supply circuit and control unit is disclosed. The power supply circuit receives input voltage having voltage value, and converts voltage value into a first converted signal having a first voltage value and a second converted signal having a second voltage value through first and second converters, respectively. The first and second converters are reset according to first and second reset signals, respectively. The control unit receives the first and second converted signals, and compares the first and second voltage values with first and second reference ranges, respectively. The control unit further issues first reset signal when first voltage value is not within first reference range and second voltage value is within second reference range, and issues second reset signal when first voltage value is within first reference range and second voltage value is not within second reference range.

  • Publication number: 20090295919
Abstract: A monitoring system with two detectors arranged on left and right sides of a camera thereof. The two detectors divide the area around the monitoring system into a non-detectable region, an overlapped detecting region, and first and second non-overlapped detecting regions. According to the detection result of the detectors, the control unit wakes up from a sleep mode when an object leaves the non-detectable region and enters the first or second non-overlapped detecting region. Meanwhile, the control unit turns on the camera to start shooting when the object has further entered the overlapped detecting region.
