    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display panel and a display device are provided. The light-emitting display panel includes a first electrode layer including a reflective electrode, and a second electrode layer arranged opposite to the first electrode layer and including a semi-reflective electrode. The light-emitting display panel also includes a light-emitting material layer between the two electrode layers. The second electrode layer has a first side facing the light-emitting material layer and an opposing second side. Further, the light-emitting display panel includes a light-coupling layer group disposed on the opposing second side of the second electrode layer. The light-coupling layer group includes at least one light-coupling stacked layer including a first light-coupling layer arranged close to the second electrode layer and a second light-coupling layer arranged far away from the second electrode layer.

The first sub-electrode is insulated from the second sub-electrode. First sub-electrodes in at least one column of island-like structures are electrically connected sequentially to form a first electrode, and second sub-electrodes on at least one row of island-like structures are electrically connected sequentially to form a second electrode. A touch position and/or a stretched state can be determined based on the change in capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode.
