  • Publication number: 20140279918
Abstract: Embodiments of the present teachings disclose method, system, and programs for data driven dynamic logging. Data is received by a logging system where the data is flagged for dynamic logging when one or more dynamic flagging level criteria are satisfied. Data is evaluated by a logging module wrapper, which determines whether to log the data using the default logging level or dynamic logging level, according to whether the data is flagged. A logging module logs information in a logging database according to the default logging level or dynamic logging level. Based on the logged information and detected abnormalities the dynamic flagging level and dynamic logging level are automatically or manually adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20140206011
Abstract: A method of identifying a subject with increased risk of colorectal cancer includes obtaining a biological sample from the subject, measuring the level of Fusobacterium nucleatum in the biological sample, and comparing the measured level to a control level, wherein an increased measured level compared to the control level is indicative of increased risk of colorectal cancer in the subject.

  • Patent number: 8212619
Abstract: Disclosed are circuits, techniques and methods for buffering a high frequency signal for transmission over an integrated circuit. In one particular implementation, a plurality of amplification circuits are individually biased for amplifying a signal from a voltage controlled oscillator and/or digitally controlled oscillator to provide a local oscillator signal on a device.

  • Patent number: 8022849
Abstract: A phase to digital converter, all digital phase locked loop, and apparatus having an all digital phase locked loop are described herein. The phase to digital converter includes a phase to frequency converter driving a time to digital converter. The time to digital converter determines a magnitude and sign of the phase differences output by the phase to frequency converter. The time to digital converter utilizes tapped delay lines and looped feedback counters to enable measurement of small timing differences typical of a loop tracking process and large timing differences typical of an loop acquisition process. The tapped delay lines permit the measurement of fractions of a reference period and enable lower power operation of the phase to digital converter by reducing requirements on the speed of the reference clock.

  • Patent number: 7865149
Abstract: On-chip MOS circuitry couples a communication path between an output stage amplifier and an output port and disables a circuit path between an input amplifier and the output port by creating a high impedance circuit during transmit operations. Alternatively, the circuitry opens the transmit circuit path with an isolated MOSFET and enables the second circuit path by creating an impedance matched circuit. The switch is formed within an isolated region to allow it to float with a signal to avoid breakdown. This floating MOS switch can be used for a variety of other applications in addition to its use as a transmit/receive switch even though formed on the same die as the communication circuitry.

  • Publication number: 20090233568
Abstract: Techniques for performing transmit (TX) leakage cancellation are described. A receiver includes a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a TX leakage canceller. The LNA amplifies a receiver input signal and provides an amplified signal. The TX leakage canceller includes a downconverter, a notch filter, and an upconverter. The downconverter downconverts a canceller input signal (e.g., obtained from the LNA output) with a first LO signal at a transmit frequency and provides a downconverted signal. The notch filter filters the downconverted signal to pass an undesired signal (e.g., a TX leakage signal) and attenuate a jammer and a desired signal in the canceller input signal. The upconverter upconverts the filtered signal with a second LO signal at the transmit frequency and provides a feedback signal. The feedback signal is subtracted at the input or output of the LNA to cancel the undesired signal.
