    Abstract: The present invention provides to a gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of reducing crystal defects caused by a difference in lattice parameters, and minimizing internal residual stress. In particular, since a high-quality GaN thin film is formed on a silicon wafer, manufacturing costs can be reduced by securing high-quality wafers with a large diameter at a low price, and applicability to a variety of devices and circuit can also be improved.

A first diode is connected to the first electrodes through a first inductor and a fifth transistor, which forms a voltage rising path. A second diode is connected to the first electrodes through a second inductor and a sixth transistor, which forms a voltage falling path. A third diode is connected to the third transistor and the second diode, which forms a voltage sustaining path during a voltage rising period. A fourth diode is connected to the second transistor and the first diode, which forms a voltage sustaining path of a voltage falling period.

The band rejection filter includes a first capacitor connected to a signal line in parallel, a resonator including an end connected to the first capacitor in parallel and another end grounded, and a second capacitor including an end connected to the first capacitor in series and another end connected to the radiator in series. The resonator includes an inductor and a third capacitor connected to the inductor in series. As a result, the antenna may remove a frequency lower than an ultra wide band pass.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for continuous production of carbon nanotubes in a nano-agglomerate fluidized bed, which comprises the following steps: loading transition metal compounds on a support, obtaining supported nanosized metal catalysts by reducing or dissociating, catalytically decomposing a carbon-source gas, and growing carbon nanotubes on the catalyst support by chemical vapor deposition of carbon atoms. The carbon nanotubes are 4˜100 nm in diameter and 0.5˜1000 ?m in length. The carbon nanotube agglomerates, ranged between 1˜1000 ?m, are smoothly fluidized under 0.005 to 2 m/s superficial gas velocity and 20˜800 kg/m3 bed density in the fluidized-bed reactor. The apparatus is simple and easy to operate, has a high reaction rate, and it can be used to produce carbon nanotubes with high degree of crystallization, high purity, and high yield.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the efficient preparation of highly optical pure chiral carvedilol. According to the present invention, a chiral oxazolidin-2-one or oxazolidin-2-thione having formula 2, produced from the reaction of N-protected 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)ethylamine with a chiral glycidol derivative is used as a key intermediate for the preparation of the chiral carvedilol. Specifically, the process for the preparation of the chiral carvedilol comprises a) reacting a compound of formula 2 with a halogenation agent, a sulfonation agent or a mitsunobu reagent to activate a hydroxyl group of the compound of formula 2, followed by nucleophilic substitution reaction with 9H-4-hydroxy carbazole to produce a compound of formula 7, and b) subjecting the obtained compound of formula 7 to a deprotection reaction in a presence of an inorganic base to produce the targeted chiral carvedilol. The process of the present invention can be accomplished in a mild condition.
