Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electrical connection box includes: a base unit including a common circuit to be used in common to multiple vehicle models or grades; multiple kinds of option units respectively including an addition circuit selectively usable according to vehicle models or grades and, wherein: the common circuit of the base unit and the addition circuit of one of the option units cooperate together to form an electric circuit to be connected to a load provided on a vehicle body by combining the one of the option units with the base unit; and the base unit and the one of the option unit are mounted on a case of synthetic resin prepared for every vehicle model or grade and are then fixed to the vehicle body.

Abstract: In a connector for a circuit board, an engaging groove 27 for adjusting alignment of board connecting pins 17 in the longitudinal direction of a circuit board connecter 12 is formed in a housing 14. A retainer 21 is attached to a surface of the housing 14 from which the board connecting pins 17 are projected. A slit 30 for adjusting the alignment of the board connecting pins 17 in the widthwise direction of the board connector 12 is formed in the retainer 21.

Abstract: To provide a circuit connection structure for a junction block which can improve the reliability in circuit connection while trying to reduce a space needed for circuit connection. A wiring pattern 11 is provided on a printed-wiring board 10, and electronic components 12 are mounted on the printed-wiring circuit board 10. A slit 13 is formed in a substrate main body 10a of the printed-wiring board 10, and a land portion 14 is provided on each side of the slit 13. The land portion 14 is connected to the wiring pattern 11. A single-core wire 15 is disposed so as to extend between the land portions 14 and is soldered thereat. One end portion of a pressure connecting terminal 18 is pressure connected to a single-core wire 17 within a junction block, while the other end portion of the pressure connecting terminal 18 is bite connected to the single-core wire 17 through the slit 13.

Abstract: A junction box is provided to make any desired part mountable on a part mount portion of the junction box without specializing it for a particular part. There are provided parts, such as an integrated fuse 10, having tabs projecting at equal intervals from a casing 11, a wire connecting connector 30, a diode, and a short-circuiting pin assembly 40. A common mount portion for the part is provided on a casing of an electrical connection box and is formed with tab insertion openings at the same intervals as the tabs of the part. The part is selectively mounted on the common mount portion to connect the tabs inserted through the tab insertion openings with internal circuits of the electrical connection box.

Abstract: To accommodate an electronic circuit board in an electrical connection box without accommodating it in a container. An electronic circuit board 14 is placed above a portion of insulation plates 19 and busbars 13 stacked on a lower casing 11. Circuit portions 14a of the circuit board 14 are electrically connected with the busbars 13 via connection terminals 17. There are provided housings 16 for retaining the connection terminals 17 in terminal chambers arranged side by side therein. The connection terminals 17 are connected with the circuit portions 14a by fitting the housings 16 to the periphery of the circuit board 14 sideways. The circuit board 14 is placed on the upper faces of supports 11c projecting from the lower casing 11 while the connection terminals are fitted to the tabs of the busbars from above.
