A hook (25) projecting inward in a radial direction is formed at least at one position on a circumferential edge portion of the resin case (24) on a side opposite to a rotor. The bearing housing portion includes a concave portion to which the hook (25) is to be locked, which is formed on a flange portion inside of which a shaft passes.
