  • Patent number: 11922649
Abstract: It provides the measurement data of each portion of the target object with a high accuracy. The measurement data calculation apparatus 1020 includes an obtaining unit 1024A, an extraction unit 1024B, a conversion unit 1024C, and a calculation unit 1024D. The obtaining unit 1024A obtains the image data in which the target object is photographed and the full length data of the target object. The extraction unit 1024B extracts the shape data indicating the shape of the target object from the image data. The conversion unit 1024C converts and silhouettes the shape data based on the full length data. The calculation unit 1024D uses the shape data converted by the conversion unit 1024C to calculate the measurement data of each portion of the target object.

  • Patent number: 11548926
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing active hepatocyte growth factor activator (HGFA) and active hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) without using animal serum. The present invention relates to a method for producing active HGFA without using animal serum. The method is characterized in that it comprises a step of obtaining a culture supernatant comprising pro-HGFA by culturing mammalian cells expressing inactive hepatocyte growth factor activator (pro-HGFA) in a medium without serum, and a step of adjusting the culture supernatant comprising pro-HGFA obtained in the above step to weakly acidic to convert pro-HGFA into active HGFA. The present invention also relates to a method for producing active HGF with HGFA produced by said method.

  • Publication number: 20200341014
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for evaluating the pharmacological action of HGF that utilizes a PD marker in which fluctuation is recognized by administration of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in a broader range of subjects. A method for evaluating the pharmacodynamic action of HGF is provided. The aforementioned evaluation method is characterized in that it comprises a step of measuring the ApoA4 level in a biological sample collected from a test subject who was administered HGF. According to the present invention, a kit for evaluating the pharmacodynamic action of HGF comprising an anti-ApoA4 antibody is further provided.
