  • Publication number: 20040213888
Abstract: Highly concentrated soybean milk paste is produced by mixing and stirring soybean powder (11) into cold or warm water (W) to make a “fresh go” (milled soybean paste) (2) with a concentration of 21±4 BRIX, putting the “fresh go” in a wrapped state, boiling and heating the “fresh go”, and cooling the “fresh go”. A process for producing highly concentrated soybean milk paste includes the making step of making a “fresh go” with a concentration of 21±4 BRIX by mixing and stirring soybean powder into cold or warm water, the heating step of boiling the “fresh go” in a wrapped state to produce soybean milk paste, and the cooling step of cooling the soybean milk paste as is in the wrapped state. • Patent number: 6679292
Abstract: A fitting structure for attaching a fuel pump in a fuel tank, which includes a gasket surrounding a pump insertion hole of the fuel tank. The gasket is collapsed by a presser ring through a flange portion of the fuel pump, thus enabling the gasket to provide an effective seal between the fuel pump and the fuel tank. A nut fastened onto a bolt is used to bring a second valley portion of the presser ring into close contact with a first mount portion of a fixed side ring that has been preliminarily welded to the fuel tank, thus securely fitting the fuel pump to the fuel tank. As compared with a conventional fitting structure using a bayonet or snap fit connection, wherein the fitting structure must be turned against the gasket to be fitted into a secure position, this new fitting structure presses the gasket into place, thus avoiding the turning motion and the resulting damage that may be caused to the gasket.

  • Patent number: 6080293
Abstract: An electrolytic test machine is used for a corrosion resistance test for a test material comprised of a metal blank and a coating film. The electrolytic test machine is constructed so that an adverse influence, due to chlorine gas generated during a test, can be inhibited. The electrolytic test machine includes an electrolytic cell in which an aqueous solution of NaCl is stored so that a test material is immersed in the aqueous solution of NaCl. An electrode is immersed in the aqueous solution of NaCl. A DC power source supplies electric current between the electrode and the test material. A chlorine gas treating device collects chlorine gas which is generated with electrolysis of the aqueous solution of NaCl and which is released out of the aqueous solution of NaCl along with the aqueous solution of NaCl. The chlorine gas treating device includes a treating pipe line, a suction pump mounted on the treating pipe line, and a chlorine gas purifying member.

  • Patent number: 5417600
Abstract: A manufacturing method of an impregnation type cathode for removing emitter material remaining on the porous sintered body pellets, includes steps for impregnating the emitter material into void spaces between the porous sintered body pellets, heating a phosphoric compound in a vessel up to the temperature in a range of about 100.degree. C. to about 300.degree. C., and dipping the impregnated emitter material into the heated phosphoric compound. The manufacturing method of the present invention creates a cathode which operates stably for a long time with high current density because there is no damage caused when the remaining emitter material is removed from the surface of the porous sintered body pellets.
