    Abstract: In a closed loop control method of a linear vibration actuator which vibrates linearly and energized by a switching element driven in a PWM control method, a crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force occurring in the linear vibration actuator is detected (S14). The detected crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) is compared with a reference value (Bcr, Bpr) (S15), and adjusting the PWM duty (?) applied to the switching element and controlling the operating frequency of the linear vibration actuator to resonant frequency (S16 to S19), thereby keeping the crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force always constant.

    Abstract: An inverter control apparatus for controlling a command frequency and a command voltage which are supplied to an inverter which then supplies AC power of a desired frequency, accordingly, to an induction motor. The inverter control apparatus receives a requested rotational speed of the motor and an actual rotational speed of the motor is obtained by detecting a frequency of a fluctuation component of a drive current supplied from the inverter to the induction motor. The difference between the requested rotational speed and the actual rotational speed represents a slip amount, which is added to the requested rotational speed to produce a command frequency. The command voltage is set to a voltage acquired when the monitored drive current is at a minimum value.

Also disclosed is a process for the preparation of the radiation image storage panel wherein a dispersion of a light-reflecting material in a binder solution, a coating solution for the formation of an adhesive layer and a dispersion of a stimulable phosphor in a binder solution are applied in a superposed form in the foregoing order onto a surface of a support or a sheet, to form a light-reflecting layer, an adhesive layer and a stimulable phosphor layer simultaneously.
