  • Patent number: 7967551
Abstract: A casing provided centrally with a sealed structure chamber. Small-sized separate four filter elements are arranged each on opposite sides of the chamber such that inflow air from a suction section into the casing is introduced via the filter elements into the chamber. Each filter element is detachably fitted over a filter-element mount having openings at its outer periphery. Upon filter-element replacement, the filter elements are replaced individually by opening a window. An integral cast casing having compressing sections and compressed air passages integrally fabricated therewith by casting is formed with receptacles for first and second intercoolers and an aftercooler. The intercoolers and aftercooler are received in the receptacles. Outlets of the intercoolers are connected with suction sides of second- and third-stage compressors through second- and third-stage suction pipes, respectively. A blowoff silencer is arranged between the integral cast casing and an oil tank.

  • Patent number: 7942322
Abstract: A work instruction management device includes a unit that obtains information stored in a radio frequency IC tag and information on a radio frequency IC tag reader, and stores the information in a memory. A tracking support unit obtains product information by matching the stored information with a first table, specifies a manufacturing process by matching the tag reader information with a second table, and stores the obtained information in the memory. Another unit specifies a work instruction sheet for the product manufacturing process by matching the product and process information with a third table, generates work instruction sheet data by setting product color information included in the product information for a background or font color of the work instruction sheet, and stores the data in the memory. A work instruction support unit performs processing for outputting the work instruction sheet data to an output interface.

  • Publication number: 20080105357
Abstract: Two prisms bonded together in a bonding step are then, in a pressing step, put onto a joining jig and pressed to be formed into an optical device. The joining jig has a pair of holding plates arranged opposite each other and a precision plate held between parts of the directly opposite surfaces of the holding plates. In the pressing step, the two prisms are pressed with the surface of one of the prisms placed in contact with the surface of the precision plate exposed to the gap between the holding plates, with another surface of the same one of the prisms placed in contact with the directly opposite surface of one of the holding plates, and with the surface of the other of the prisms placed in contact with the directly opposite surface of the other of the holding plates. Thus, the two prisms move along the oblique surface of each other, and are pressed onto the directly opposite surfaces of the holding plates.

  • Publication number: 20060180262
Abstract: A method for manufacturing optical elements, having the following steps: preparing a plural number of glass planar plates, each of the planar plates having a light-separating coating on one surface; laminating the planar plates and boding the planar plates together by a translucent first adhesive so as to make a laminate; cutting the laminate in a first direction inclining at a specified angle at a specified pitch so as to make a plural number of laminate divisions; polishing both cut surfaces of each of the laminate divisions; stacking the laminate divisions such that the polished surfaces face each other and temporarily bonding the stacked laminate divisions together by a second adhesive; cutting the temporarily bonded stack of laminate divisions in a second direction perpendicular to surfaces of the stack so as to make a plural number of temporarily bonded plates; polishing both surfaces of each of the temporarily bonded plates; removing the second adhesive so as to make a plural number of long chains of o

  • Patent number: 6192698
Abstract: In an air-conditioning system having two air-conditioning passages serving two different air-conditioning zones but having a cooling degree detector provided in only one of the passages to reduce cost, with the degree to which air is cooled in the other passage being estimated based on a cooling degree detected by the detector and the difference between flows of air passing through the passages or an intake temperature of air entering the passages. On the other hand, when an evaporator is possible to be frosted in one of the passages, air flow amount in the one of the passages is corrected to be increased. Therefore, it can prevent a windshield from being fogged while preventing the evaporator from being frosted.

  • Patent number: 4576368
Abstract: A table mechanism suitable for use in a tomographic system, such as an X-ray computerized tomograph, has a table movable upwardly and downwardly by a parallel link mechanism. The distance of horizontal movement of a cradle on the table can be automatically compensated for, dependent on an angle of angular movement of the parallel link mechanism, while holding the cradle and a gantry, relatively positioned in a constant relation. A side of the parallel link mechanism is covered with a cover mechanism having a relatively small area.
