Abstract: A data writing device includes secondary storages, an interface circuit which obtains data, and a computer apparatus which writes the data obtained in one of the secondary storages. The computer apparatus includes writing processes corresponding to the secondary storages as an application, respectively; a monitoring process which detects quantities of data whose writing is finished in the secondary storages; and a data distribution process which selects a secondary storage as a target for next writing based on requested data quantities of the secondary storages and the finished data quantities thereof, and instructs a writing process corresponding to the secondary storage as a target for next writing to write.

Abstract: A peripheral apparatus for personal computer (PC) cards, which decreases the limit of the components installing height on a printed circuit board (PCB) of a PC by changing the installing position of a PC card slot unit, is provided. Two connectors are provided. A first connector is fixed to the PCB and a second connector is fixed to the PC card slot unit. And these two connectors are connected at a state that the two connectors can be de-connected in the opposite direction of inserting PC cards. A slot of the first connector is provided in the horizontal direction and the first connector is fixed at the end side of the PCB. The second connector is made of a card edge type PCB and this card edge type PCB is inserted to the slot of the first connector. The PC card slot unit is connected to the PCB in a cabinet of the PC at a state that the PC card slot unit is placed in the horizontal direction at the outside of the cabinet of the PC.

Abstract: A mixture of metal ions is added to the primary cooling water of a water-cooled nuclear reactor to inhibit deposition of radioactive materials in the cooling water on the inner surfaces of pipes. The mixture of metal ions added to the cooling water introduced into the primary cooling system simultaneously comprises two to four of the metal ions, Mn ion, Mg ion, Ni ion and Zn ion, one of these ions being manganese ion.

The relay includes a transformer, a control circuit for applying an oscillatory signal to the primary windings of the transformer in accordance with a command input, a rectifying circuit for rectifying A.C. power obtained from the secondary windings of the transformer in response to the oscillatory signal applied to the primary windings, a smoothing circuit which smooths the rectified output produced by the rectifying circuit for delivering D.C. power, and switching means composed of a pair of MOS-type field-effect transistors driven by the D.C. output of the smoothing circuit.
