    Abstract: A display may have an array of pixels. Display driver circuitry may supply data and control signals to the pixels. Each pixel may have seven transistors, a capacitor, and a light-emitting diode such as an organic light-emitting diode. The seven transistors may receive control signals using horizontal control lines. Each pixel may have first and second emission enable transistors that are coupled in series with a drive transistor and the light-emitting diode of that pixel. The first and second emission enable transistors may be coupled to a common control line or may be separately controlled so that on-bias stress can be effectively applied to the drive transistor.     Abstract: A display may have organic light-emitting diode pixels formed from thin-film circuitry. The thin-film circuitry may be formed in thin-film transistor (TFT) layers and the organic light-emitting diodes may include anodes and cathodes and an organic emissive layer formed over the TFT layers between the anodes and cathodes. The organic emissive layer may be formed via chemical evaporation techniques. The display may include moisture blocking structures such as organic emissive layer disconnecting structures that introduce one or more gaps in the organic emissive layer during evaporation so that any potential moisture permeating path from the display panel edge to the active area of the display is completely terminated.

    Abstract: An automatic dialing method through a wireless headset is provided, which contains two modules: a headset module implemented in the wireless headset; and a master module implemented in a communication device. When the wireless headset and the communication device are idle, a user triggers the headset module by activating a combination of buttons on the wireless headset. The headset module in turn triggers the master module via a wireless connection between the wireless headset and the communication device. The master module then immediately retrieves records from a phone book pre-installed in the communication device, and then speaks out the “name” of each record to the user. When hearing the name of the desired call parted from the wireless headset, the user again triggers the headset module to instruct the master module to dial the number stored in the same phone record.

    Abstract: A method for uniformizing the output image colors of a printing device and the original colors is proposed. A computer system outputs a set of color patch print signals to a printing device for printing out a color patch diagram. Next, a digital still camera is used to photograph the color patch diagram and then output a color image signal. The computer system converts the color image signal into a CIE XYZ chrominance signal according to an ICC profile of the digital still camera and then processes the CIE XYZ chrominance signal with the set of color patch print signals to obtain an ICC profile of the printing device, or the color image signal and the set of color patch print signals are processed to obtain a relative ICC profile of the digital still camera and the printing device, thereby facilitating color management and calibration and accomplish the advantages of low cost, simple operation and high practicability.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a transmission method capable of synchronously transferring information in many ways to simultaneously transfer data to plural receivers. In the transmission method of the present invention, a control menu and data to be transferred are first provided, and predetermined receivers are then selected. Next, an image capturing device is used to scan the control menu and the data to be transferred and convert them into an electric signal, which is then transferred to a computer server. The computer server discriminates the electric signal and converts it into an image signal. If the result of discrimination is successful, the image signal is transferred to an FTP server or a client computer so that the receivers can receive the image signal in predetermined ways of reception. The present invention has the characteristics of synchronous and manifold transmission, fast transmission, and convenient use.

    Abstract: A method and system for managing a digital image using online driving from a network are disclosed. A digital image is formed by a capturing device and then is stored in a first memory of the capturing device. Afterwards, a program media automatically diagnoses the capturing device and then installs a driver corresponding to the capturing device for online driving of the capturing device. The digital image in the first memory is uploaded to a second memory of the image server, and therefore the capacity of the first memory is completely released. Thereafter, the digital image is properly edited and is stored in the second memory to manage and distribute with respect to the digital image. Finally, a remote PC is linked to the image server via the Internet for selectively downloading the digital image saved in the secondary memory.
