    Abstract: A foldable electronic device includes a first casing, a second casing, a hinge structure and a foldable display. The hinge structure connects the first casing and the second casing, and includes a plurality of supporting blocks, a plurality of first hinge blocks and a plurality of second hinge blocks. The supporting blocks are arranged side by side between the first casing and the second casing. The first hinge blocks and the second hinge blocks are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting blocks. One of the first hinge blocks connects two of the supporting blocks adjacent to each other. One of the second hinge blocks connects two of the supporting blocks adjacent to each other. The foldable display includes a first bonding portion secured to the first casing, a second bonding portion secured to the second casing and a foldable portion aligned to the hinge structure.

    Abstract: A regenerative displacer for use in a stirling engine includes two opposite covers with respective through openings, a body engaging the covers to define an accommodation space therein, a regenerator disposed in the accommodation space, and a rod inserted through the regenerator and one of the covers into a cooling portion of the stirling engine. The regenerator has a plurality of channels. Each channel has two open ends and a heat collecting net engaging each open end. Working gas passing through the regenerative displacer can be concentrated at the open ends and can absorb and release heat quickly because of the heat collecting nets, thereby increasing the efficiency of heat exchange and a temperature difference of the working gas in a thermodynamic cycle. Accordingly, pressure is increased to facilitate a quick reciprocation of a power piston of the stirling engine, and this increases output power and saves energy.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are drug-containing vesicles, each of which includes a carbon dot liposome (C-dot liposome) formed by a plurality of Janus particles, which are self-assembled into the C-dot liposome; and a drug encapsulated within the C-dot liposome. Also disclosed herein is a method of producing the drug-containing vesicles. The method includes, mixing a plurality of Janus particles with a drug solution (e.g., an anti-cancer drug solution) to form a mixed solution; and producing the drug-containing vesicles either by a film-hydration method or an injection method. In the film-hydration method, the mixed solution is condensed until a film-like structure is formed; and sonicating the film-like structure in a salt solution to produce the drug-containing vesicle. In the injection method, the mixed solution is rapidly injected into a salt solution to produce the drug-containing vesicle. Also encompasses in the present disclosure are methods for treating a subject afflicted with a cancer.

    Abstract: A semiconductor reaction device and a semiconductor reaction method are disclosed. The semiconductor reaction device includes a vacuum chamber, a stage unit, a heating unit, and a first lifting mechanism. The stage unit carries a substrate. When the stage unit drives the substrate to rise, the substrate separates the vacuum chamber to form a reaction space and a bottom space. The heating unit is disposed in the vacuum chamber. The heating unit and the substrate are located on opposite sides of the stage unit. The first lifting mechanism connects with the heating unit so as to move the heating unit, so that the heating unit is movable relative to the stage unit. When the substrate rises to form the reaction space, the distance between the heating unit and the substrate is changed by the first lifting mechanism, thereby changing the temperature of the substrate.
