    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a hydrogel tablet for relieving alcoholism and protecting the liver as well as the preparation process and application thereof. The present disclosure firstly provides a composition with the effects of relieving alcoholism and protecting the liver, which comprises the following components on the basis of weight parts: 20˜40 parts of chitosan, 25˜55 parts of sodium alginate, 3˜20 parts of gelatin, 1˜10 parts of calcium carbonate and 0.05˜0.5 parts of gallic acid. Based on this composition, the present disclosure further provides a hydrogel tablet for relieving alcoholism and protecting the liver. In the present disclosure, chitosan, sodium alginate and calcium carbonate are compounded at an appropriate proportion to form powder particles of chitosan/sodium alginate (shell)-calcium carbonate (core), into which are additionally added gelatin and gallic acid to get a product that is the hydrogel tablet.

    Abstract: Provide is an animal model of a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy for leukemia complicated by cytokine release syndrome (CRS), and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method of an animal model of a CD19 CAR-T cell therapy for leukemia complicated by CRS includes: preparing a CD19 CAR-T cell line: conducting cell separation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), magnetic beads cell sorting of T cells, activation of the T cells, lentiviral infection, and amplification of CD19 CAR-T cells; and constructing CRS animal models after high-dose and low-dose CD19 CAR-T infusions: implanting a Nalm-6 cell line into a living animal to allow leukemia tumor burden to obtain a leukemia tumor-burdened living animal, and injecting the CD19 CAR-T cell line into the leukemia tumor-burdened living animal. The present disclosure further provides new use of the animal model of a CD19 CAR-T cell therapy for leukemia complicated by CRS.

The dipole magnet includes at least two coils configured to adjust a ribbon beam angle of the ribbon beam at one or more locations along a path of the ribbon beam between the ion source and the wafer held in the wafer chuck. The controller is configured to control the ion source, the wafer chuck, and the dipole magnet.

    Abstract: Examples described herein generate training data for machine learning (ML) for natural language (NL) processing (such as semantic parsing for translating NL). A formula tree is generated based on sampling both a formula grammar and NL templates. Using the formula tree, an ML training data instance pair is generated comprising a formula example and an NL example. A context example may also be used during instantiation of the formula tree. An ML model is trained with training data including the ML training data instance pair, and ML output is generated from NL input. The ML output includes, for example, a machine-interpretable formula, a database querying language command, or a general programming language instruction. Some examples support context-free grammar, probabilistic context-free grammar, and/or non-context-free production rules.
