The reinforcement attachment has at least first portions and second portions, the two portions are treated such that the first portions have a greater cross-sectional area than the second portions for increasing yield strength of the first portions whereby when the construction structure is under stress the first portions block or reduce spreading of strain sustained by the reinforcement attachment to avoid or at least delay complete detachment of attachment from the substrate.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for using band-limited subframes in wireless communication networks are provided. During the band-limited subframes, the macro cell base station may mute its transmission or transmit at a low power over some frequency sub-band, while transmitting at a normal or higher power over other frequency sub-band. Correspondingly, the small cell base station may communicate with UEs within its coverage at the frequency sub-band that the macro cell base station transmits at a low power. The band-limited subframe enables the small cell base station to communicate with the UE with reduced interference, and in the meantime, increases the throughput of macro cell base station as it does not require the macro cell base station to completely mute its transmission during the band-limited subframe.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for radio resource control (RRC) signaling in wireless communication networks with data offload are provided. The radio configuration messages from a small cell to a dual connection UE may be sent by an overlay macro E-UTRAN node-B (eNB). The small cell may send the RRC messages to the macro-eNB first via a backhaul link, and the macro-eNB then transmits the messages to the UE. In some implementations, the radio configuration messages from a small cell to a dual connection UE may be sent directly from the small cell. In some other implementations, some of the RRC messages may be sent selectively to/from either the macro-cell or the small cell, or to/from both the macro-cell and the small cell.
