  • Publication number: 20210290090
Abstract: A blood pressure measurement device includes a curler that curves to follow a circumferential direction of a site of a living body where the curler is attached, and a cuff. The cuff includes a plurality of bag-like structures layered on one another, each of the plurality of bag-like structures being elongated in one direction, formed by welding two sheet members formed of a resin material, and configured to be inflated with a fluid, and a joined portion provided on at least a portion of an edge portion of the bag-like structure disposed facing the curler, the joined portion being formed by a portion of the sheet members constituting the bag-like structure disposed facing the curler and joined to an outer circumferential surface side of the curler.

  • Patent number: 10359090
Abstract: A compression coil spring having high durability can be provided by using an inexpensive wire material. The present invention provides a compression coil spring formed by using a steel wire material, the steel wire material made of C: 0.45 to 0.85 mass %, Si: 0.15 to 2.5 mass %, Mn: 0.3 to 1.0 mass %, Fe and inevitable impurities as a remainder, and a circle-equivalent diameter of 1.5 to 9.0 mm, wherein hardness of a freely selected cross-section of the wire material is 570 to 700 HV, and at an inner diameter side of the coil spring, unloaded compressive residual stress at a depth of 0.2 mm from a surface in an approximate maximal main stress direction in a case in which compressive load is loaded on the spring is 200 MPa or more, and unloaded compressive residual stress at a depth of 0.4 mm from surface is 100 MPa or more.

  • Patent number: 10052677
Abstract: A spring forming device in which the steel wire can be continuously cut off without stopping the feeding of the steel wire in cutting, and in which the steel wire can be uniformly heated, is provided. The spring forming device has a wire supplying mechanism for supplying a steel wire using a plurality of feeding rollers, a heating mechanism for heating the steel wire, a coiling mechanism for forming in a coil state the heated steel wire, and a cutting mechanism for cutting the steel wire coiled at a given number of turns off the steel wire remained backward. A cutting blade of the cutting mechanism follows tracks having a speed Va that moves to the receiving blade and a speed Vc that moves in an axial direction of the coiled steel wire, in cutting of the steel wire.
