  • Publication number: 20120235703
Abstract: A circuit board includes a main part on which a processor is mounted, a cut part to be cut off from the main part at a cut section before the board is reused, and a conductor pattern wired through the cut part via the cut section and to be cut off into a plurality of patterns at the cut section as the cut part is cut off. The processor detects a difference in signal level between a level of a signal output from the conductor pattern before the cut part is cut off, and a level of the signal output from the conductor pattern after the cut part is cut off, to determine a number of times the board is reused.

  • Patent number: 8081904
Abstract: A belt drive control unit controls a rotation of belt supported by first and second rollers. Each of rotations of the first and second rollers are detected as first and second results. A rotation of the first roller is controlled in connection with thickness fluctuation in the belt using the first and second results. The belt drive control unit includes a sampling data acquisition unit, a correction value generator, a correction value storage, and a correction value reading controller. The sampling data acquisition unit obtains sampling data by sampling a difference value between the first and second results. The correction value generator generates correction value data for the belt based on the sampling data. The correction value storage stores the correction value data. The correction value reading controller reads the correction value data based on a rotation number of the belt to control a rotation of the first roller.

  • Publication number: 20070123700
Abstract: Methods for decellularizing mammalian tissue for use in transplantation and tissue engineering. The invention includes methods for simultaneous application of an ionic detergent and a nonionic detergent for a long time period, which may exceed five days. One method utilizes SDS as the ionic detergent and Triton-X 100 as the nonionic detergent. A long rinse step follows, which may also exceed five days in length. This long duration, simultaneous extraction with two detergents produced tissue showing stress-strain curves and DSC data similar to that of fresh, unprocessed tissue. The processed tissue is largely devoid of cells, has the underlying structure essentially intact, and also shows a significantly improved inflammatory response relative to fresh tissue, even without glutaraldehyde fixation. Significantly reduced in situ calcification has also been demonstrated relative to glutaraldehyde fixed tissue.
