  • Publication number: 20020083015
Abstract: A settlement method similar to a note on condition that a trade between a seller and a buyer can be cashed for the seller with keeping merits of a settlement of the note for the buyer and to enable the seller to provide a sales price of goods reflecting a credit risk of the buyer in the trade with the buyer. The settlement method is achieved by the following process; a bank device owned by a bank makes a response to an issue approval request of an electronic credit note from an intermediary company device owned by an intermediary company intermediating the trade on the basis of a preset upper limit of the trade between the seller and the buyer or of the trade condition. If the issue approval is active, the intermediary company device transmits the electronic credit note to a seller device owned by the seller. The seller device previously manages discount conditions of electronic credit notes for each buyer.

  • Publication number: 20020046164
Abstract: An intermediating apparatus connected to a storage management system for financially intermediating the transaction of products includes: a transaction managing unit for managing the transaction by relating a seller, a buyer, and the products carried into the storage by the seller and assumed to be purchased by the buyer to correspond to each other; a settling unit for paying to the seller a buying price of the products calculated on the basis of warehousing information transmitted from the storage management system at the time of delivery of the products from the seller to the storage; and an invoicing unit for notifying a claim to the buyer concerning a selling price of the products calculated on the basis of delivery information transmitted from the storage management system at the time of delivery of the products from the storage, thereby providing a system for encashing the inventory which is determined to be sold.

  • Patent number: 6003372
Abstract: A semiconductor angular velocity determining device includes a piezoelectric substance, a first substrate 21 disposed on the piezoelectric substance, a detector main body disposed on the first substrate 21 and a second substrate for holding the detector main body in cooperation with the first substrate 21 therebetween. The detector main body includes an oscillator 27 having a linear beam portion 26 with a one end 26a of the beam portion 26 being directly fixed to the first substrate 21. Further, the other end 26b of the beam portion 26 draws an elliptical locus in response to the combined force resulting from a force from the piezoelectric substance for producing oscillation along the plane of the first substrate 21 and a Coriolis force acting on the first substrate 21 in a perpendicular direction. With this arrangement, there can be obtained the semiconductor angular velocity determining device capable of improving a determining sensitivity and a determining accuracy.

  • Patent number: 4919926
Abstract: In order to prevent an evil caused by flying insects, an insect attraction protectant containing a light shielding agent which absorbs the light ranging from 200 to 500 nm in wave length is used to coat a transparent portion of a window glass and the like.Further, the above insect attraction protectant comprises a transparent synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin, or the like. The light shielding agent comprises an ultraviolet ray absorbent, a mixture of the ultraviolet ray absorbent and a dye, or a dye only.

  • Patent number: 4893953
Abstract: Disclosed is a printer having memory means for storing the vertical print position movement data so as to print a super-script or sub-script character. When the carriage is returned after printing in a nonstandard row position, the print position is moved down by an adjusted line feed amount based on the vertical movement data stored in the memory means.

  • Patent number: 4834566
Abstract: A typewriter having an automatic erasing function, having an erasing device responsive to an erasure-start key, for effecting an erasing operation to successively erase the characters printed by a printing device, and a controller responsive to the erasure-stop key, for permitting the erasing device to interrupt the erasing operation. The typewriter has an input buffer for storing input data which is entered through a keyboard while the erasing device is operated, the typewriter. The typewriter may be arranged so that the input buffer is cleared upon operation of an erasure-stop key. The above arrangement may be adapted to erase successive words on a display device as character and space data are retrieved from a memory. In this case, a device may be provided to suspend a continuous erasing operation for a predetermined time each time the space data representative of a space between the words has been retrieved from the memory after at least one character has been erased.
