  • Publication number: 20170142268
Abstract: An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus and a communication terminal. The image forming apparatus communicates with the communication terminal and includes an operation panel that displays a first display screen and accepts an operation of inputting information, and a hardware processor. The communication terminal communicates with the image forming apparatus, displays a second display screen, and accepts input of information and includes a central processing unit (CPU) that notifies the input of the information to the image forming apparatus. The communication terminal transmits the information input in the input device to the image forming apparatus, and the hardware processor determines whether the status of the operation panel is a status that accepts the operation, and upon the status of the operation panel being the status that accepts the operation, switches the first display screen to a screen that accepts the operation.

  • Patent number: 8719542
Abstract: A processor includes a CPU core which executes a user program, and a data transfer apparatus. The CPU core stores a transfer request from a user program in a specific area of a main memory, in which the transfer request specifies the virtual addresses of a transfer source and a transfer destination in a memory space allocated to the user program. The data transfer apparatus refers to the specific area of the main memory and acquires a transfer request asynchronously to processing performed by the CPU core. The data transfer apparatus then identifies physical addresses corresponding to virtual addresses specified in the transfer request. After that, the data transfer apparatus transcribes original data stored in a storage area indicated by the physical address of the transfer source, to a storage area in a cache memory related to the virtual address or physical address of the transfer destination.

  • Publication number: 20130280115
Abstract: A scroll-type compressor, while adopting an Oldham mechanism as a rotation prevention mechanism, lubricates an Oldham ring by retaining a medium mixed with oil on a back surface of an orbiting scroll and maintains a compression mechanism in a compact shape. The Oldham ring is provided between the orbiting scroll and a block which supports a drive shaft. An annular thrust race which receives a load in the axial direction from the orbiting scroll is sandwiched between a fixed scroll and the block. An end surface of the circumference of the orbiting scroll is brought into contact with the race, and the race is brought into contact with an end surface of the block to an area outside a pair of key groove portions formed on the block in the radial direction. A retention space, defined by the orbiting scroll, the race, and the block, retains the medium.

  • Patent number: 8186498
Abstract: There is provided a handrail for passenger conveyor in which it is possible to give a prescribed strength to a junction of a canvas and it is possible to prevent vibrations and noises which might be generated when a driving roller passes by the junction of the canvas. For this purpose, a canvas is provided along an inner surface of an annular core body having a C-shaped cross section, which is formed from a thermoplastic elastomer material, and a surface of each of adjacent end portions of the canvas in a junction is formed to be indented toward the core body side compared to surfaces of other portions which form an inner surface of a handrail. An application cloth is provided between the end portions of the canvas so as to cover a gap formed between the end portions of the canvas.

  • Publication number: 20120113470
Abstract: When an input of a setting execution instruction of test printing at the setting screen is accepted, a setting screen of finalized printing differing from the test printing is displayed at the display. When an input of a setting execution instruction at the setting screen of finalized printing is accepted, a first print job including first print data that is a version of image data converted based on an input of a setting execution instruction of test printing is generated. The generated first print job is transmitted to an image formation apparatus through a transmitter. After the first print job is transmitted, a second print job including second print data that is a version of image data converted based on an input of a setting execution instruction of finalized printing is generated.

  • Publication number: 20100238499
Abstract: A driver core determines whether or not an operation to change print settings in a print setting screen is performed by the user. If a changing operation is not performed, the process is skipped. On the other hand, if a changing operation is performed on an item of print settings through input using a mouse, a keyboard, or the like, the driver core obtains print setting information before the changing operation. Then, history data is created. Then, if it is determined that no identical history data exists, the history data is saved.
