Abstract: A management system includes: a right holder information storage unit which stores right holder information about a right holder entitled to use a delivery locker device; an agreement formation unit which, creates a block of a blockchain that includes a processing instruction, and stores the block into a block storage unit; a terminal device which transmits an assignment processing instruction; a process execution unit which, when obtaining the assignment processing instruction included in the block, updates the current right holder included in the right holder information; and a condition checking unit which, when determining that the condition for assignment fails to be met, creates a return processing instruction and transmits the return processing instruction to the agreement formation unit. When obtaining the return processing instruction included in the block, the process execution unit updates the right holder information.
Abstract: According to an aspect of the invention, a motor stop control method of a motor stop control apparatus which includes an arithmetic control unit and a detection unit. The arithmetic control unit has a stop start position at which a stop control is started from a position which is a predetermined angle before a target position at which a motor stops. The arithmetic control unit calculates a rotational speed of the motor at the stop start position on the basis of a detection value of the detection unit, and a stop time at which the rotational speed of the motor reaches zero from the stop start position on the basis of a deceleration line indicating a change in the rotational speed of the motor, the rotational speed of the motor, and the predetermined angle.

An absolute value of a charging bias applied in the second interval period is larger than that applied in the first interval period.
Abstract: A current collector for a battery includes: a layer (1) formed from an electrically conductive material and at least one of (a) a polymer compound having an alicyclic structure, (b) a saturated hydrocarbon polymer compound having a hydroxyl group, (c) a phenoxy resin and an epoxy resin, and (d) an amine having an amine equivalent of 120 g/eq or less and an epoxy resin; a layer (2) which is formed on at least one surface of the layer (1); and a layer (3) formed from an electrically conductive material. The current collector for a battery has stability to an equilibrium potential environment in a negative electrode, a low electric resistance, a blocking property to solvent in electrolytic solution, and a blocking property to a component in an electrolyte. In addition, the current collector for a battery has a high capacity retention rate, and battery durability is improved.

Abstract: A network system including a customer replaceable unit (CRU) having an excellent security function for operation information which system can realize improvement of the use efficiency of operation information for making the CRU operate, and reduction in costs, is provided. An apparatus main body of a multifunction printer, a server, a personal computer, etc. are connected to a network of a network system, and a CRU is attached to the apparatus main body so as to be detachable. Operation information necessary for making the CRU operate is stored in the server. The apparatus main body obtains operation information of the CRU from the server via the network and stores the obtained operation information into a buffer memory, and causes the CRU to operate based on the operation information. The operation information stored in the buffer memory is erased when communication between the apparatus main body and the CRU ends.
Abstract: After a developing step is performed by feeding developer to the substrate, a second nozzle starts dispensation of a surfactant rinse liquid to a position away from the center of a rotating substrate. This operation is performed such that the center of the substrate does not enter into a reaching region of the substrate where the surfactant rinse liquid dispensed from the second nozzle firstly reaches. Accordingly, a point of the reaching region of the surfactant rinse liquid is dispersed, leading to suppression in locally smaller or larger line width of a resist pattern at the center and around the center of the substrate. Consequently, this achieves enhanced uniformity of the line widths of the resist pattern within a surface of the substrate during the rinse process.

Abstract: A process for preparing 3-[(S)-7-bromo-2-((2-oxo propyl)amino)-5-pyridin-2-yl-3H-1,4,-benzodiazepin-3-yl]propionic acid methyl ester (compound (FK)), at a high conversion rate with good reproducibility by oxidizing 3-[(S)-7-bromo-2-(2-hydroxypropylamino)-5-pyridin-2-yl-3H-benzo[e][1,4]diazepin-3yl]propionic acid methyl ester (compound (EM)), in the presence of an oxidation catalyst is provided by defining the ammonium ion content of the oxidation reaction mixture.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an image encoding device and an image encoding method, and an image processing device and an image processing method that enable easier bitstream concatenation. A structure according to the present disclosure includes: a setting unit that sets header information related to a hypothetical reference decoder in accordance with information about a position and information about reference, the information about a position and the information about reference being of the current picture of image data to be processed; and an encoding unit that encodes the image data and generates a bitstream containing the encoded data of the image data and the header information set by the setting unit. The present disclosure can be applied to image processing devices or image encoding devices, for example.
Abstract: According to an aspect of the invention, a motor operation control system configured to control an operation of a multi-axis mechanical apparatus including motors includes drive control units each of which is provided for one corresponding motor and a central controller configured to output an operation command to the drive control units. Abstract: During a first period, pure water used as a low-volatile liquid is supplied onto a substrate while the substrate is rotated. After discharge of the low-volatile liquid is stopped, the low-volatile liquid remains in a large region on a DSA film. The low-volatile liquid is held on the DSA film without reacting with the DSA film. During a subsequent second period, an organic solvent is supplied to the substrate while the substrate is rotated. The organic solvent supplied to the substrate is mixed with the low-volatile liquid remaining on the DSA film. In this case, volatilization of the organic solvent is inhibited on the DSA film.
