An average primary particle diameter of the lithium nickel cobalt manganese composite oxide mixture is in a range of 0.4 micrometers or more and 2 micrometers or less. An average secondary particle diameter of the lithium nickel cobalt manganese composite oxide mixture is in a range of 4 micrometers or more and 12 micrometers or less.
