Abstract: An inspection method with which a separator having improved quality can be efficiently obtained is provided. The inspection method is a method for inspecting a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery separator that includes a polyolefin porous film. The inspection method includes a step of detecting a defect in the polyolefin porous film with the use of a color camera.
Abstract: A failure diagnosing device of a drive mechanism of a mechanical apparatus with a body including a motor, a speed reducer configured to slow down rotational power of the motor, and an operation part configured to operate by the slowed rotational power, and a vibration-proof controller configured to perform a vibration-proof control to prevent vibration of the body, the mechanism including the speed reducer and the motor. The device sends a command for suspending the vibration-proof control to the controller, then identifies an acceleration-and-deceleration period during which operation of the mechanical apparatus of which the control is suspended accelerates and decelerates, and determines whether the mechanism indicates a sign of failure based on a change in a frequency spectrum of load current of the motor or a current value having a correlation with the load current to a change in a rotational speed of the motor during the acceleration-and-deceleration period.

Abstract: Provided is a film forming apparatus for forming a metal film, capable of uniformly pressurizing a substrate surface with an electrolyte membrane subjected to the fluid pressure of an electrolytic solution containing metal ions during film formation even when an insoluble anode is used. A housing of the apparatus includes a partition member between the anode and the electrolyte membrane, for partitioning a housing chamber into first and second housing chambers. The partition member includes a porous body impregnated with cation exchange resin. The first housing chamber houses the anode insoluble in a first electrolytic solution. The second housing chamber has formed therein a hermetically sealed space in which a second electrolytic solution containing metal ions is enclosed within the housing, by the electrolyte membrane and the partition member. The apparatus is also provided with a pump (pressure unit) that pressurizes the second electrolytic solution in the second housing chamber.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for producing a crystal of a uracil compound with high purity by a process which can be carried out in an industrial scale. Specifically, the invention provides a method for producing a crystal of a uracil compound, wherein the method involves dissolving a composition containing a uracil compound represented by formula (1) in organic solvents consisting of a C3-C6 alcohol solvent and an aromatic solvent to obtain a solution, and precipitating a crystal of said uracil compound from the solution.

A plan alteration unit (85) acquires integrity information indicating quality of a positioning signal transmitted from each satellite and detects a satellite of which the quality of the positioning signal does not satisfy quality conditions, from within the subset selected by the plan making unit (84), based on the acquired integrity information.
