    Abstract: An accumulator includes a tank, a desiccant, a suction pipe. The tank is configured to separate a refrigerant flowing therein into a gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant, store the liquid-phase refrigerant in the tank, and discharge the gas-phase refrigerant toward a suction side of a compressor. The desiccant is accommodated in a container and removing moisture in the refrigerant. The suction pipe is provided inside the tank and having a suction port through which the gas-phase refrigerant is sucked into the suction pipe. The desiccant is provided inside the suction pipe. According to this accumulator, a bumping due to the desiccant and an increase in size of the tank can be suppressed.

Further, the vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is configured by a differential pressure regulating valve operated based on a pressure difference between a refrigerant pressure at a side of the vapor-phase refrigerant passage and a refrigerant pressure at a side of the liquid-phase refrigerant passage. The vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is movable when the liquid-phase refrigerant side valve body member is moved by a solenoid. Therefore, a cycle configuration of a heat pump cycle configuring a gas injection cycle can be simplified.

The gas-liquid separation means has, in the region of the separation plate which faces the inlet opening, a mountain-shaped protrusion (18) having a crest (18a) and a sloped surface (18b), the crest (18a) protruding toward the inlet opening.

    Abstract: A cooling circuit of a cooling apparatus for a fuel cell comprises a compressor for compressing a gaseous refrigerant, an external heat exchanger arranged on the downstream side of the compressor and for liquefying the compressed refrigerant, a pressure-reducing means arranged on the downstream side of the external heat exchanger, and an accumulator for storing the refrigerant which cools a fuel cell stack main body. The stack main body is connected to the cooling circuit between the pressure-reducing means and the accumulator and a four-way valve is arranged between the compressor and the external heat exchanger, and between the stack main body and the accumulator in the cooling circuit, and the four-way valve introduces the refrigerant from the compressor to the external heat exchanger during the cooling operation, and introduces it to the stack main body during the warming-up operation.
