  • Patent number: 11331793
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for outputting holding detection results by a highly accurate simulation in consideration of parameters related to a holding member. A user enters workpiece information through an input UI unit. A selection control unit executes an automatic selection process of a suction pad based on the workpiece information input through the input UI unit, an automatic selection process of a workpiece physical model, an automatic selection process of a robot, and a confirmation process of a vibration tolerance, and then displays the selection results. The selection control unit determines whether there is a problem with the selection results based on an input instruction from the user.

  • Publication number: 20190311079
Abstract: A motion instruction value calculation unit is configured to calculate operation instruction values of a pick-and-place apparatus to be simulated. A dynamics calculation unit is configured to read the operation instruction values that are output from the motion instruction value calculation unit, and to calculate an apparatus operation considering the dynamics. Based on the apparatus operation considering the dynamics, the suction success/failure calculation unit is configured to determine whether a workpiece is successfully sucked by a suction pad. A 3D display unit is configured to display a 3D image of the apparatus operation considering the dynamics in a display unit such as a liquid crystal display.

  • Patent number: 10248084
Abstract: A controller having an auto-tuning function has a manipulated value determination unit that selectively determines a first manipulated value for causing a first change in a controlled value of a controlled object or a second manipulated value for causing a second change opposite to the first change in the controlled value, in accordance with a preset parameter, so that a process value obtained from the controlled object follows a target value, and a tuning unit that alternately outputs the first manipulated value and the second manipulated value in accordance with the process value, and that determines the parameter from a response characteristic obtained through the alternate output. The tuning unit successively changes a magnitude of the first manipulated value each time output is switched during the alternate output of the first manipulated value and the second manipulated value.

  • Patent number: 8892411
Abstract: An estimated value or a predicted value of an output of photovoltaic generation is easily and properly determined. A learning processor constructs an output calculating model based on a measured value of an output of photovoltaic generation, sunshine hours, and a solar altitude in a learning period. The output calculating model calculates the output of the photovoltaic generation based on the sunshine hours and the solar altitude. An output calculator calculates an estimated value of the output of the photovoltaic generation in an estimation period and a predicted value of the output of the photovoltaic generation in a prediction period based on a measured value of the sunshine hours in the estimation period and the solar altitude or a predicted value of the sunshine hours in the prediction period and the solar altitude.
