    Abstract: A control circuit having extended hold-up time is coupled to a bus path of a conversion circuit. The control circuit includes a bypass circuit, an energy storage capacitor, and an auxiliary power circuit. The auxiliary power circuit supplies an energy storage voltage to the energy storage capacitor according to a working voltage provided by the conversion circuit. When a bus voltage of the bus path is less than or equal to the energy storage voltage, the energy storage voltage is supplied to the bus path through the bypass circuit so that the bus voltage is greater than or equal to a predetermined voltage within a hold-up time.

The control unit, electrically coupled with the culture unit, the first pressure unit, the gas supply unit and the at least one inspecting unit, is used for monitoring corresponding condition parameters to determine respective operations. In addition, a cell culture method for the cell culture device is also provided.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of treating influenza A virus (IAV) infection by a fusion protein. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fusion protein comprises a HBD peptide and a IgG1 Fc region. According to other embodiments of the present disclosure, the fusion protein comprises a DcR3 protein and a IgG1 Fc region. The present fusion protein is found to possess inhibitory effects on IAV-induced secretion of the inflammatory cytokine, and IAV-induced infiltration of inflammatory cell into the lung tissue. Accordingly, the fusion protein is useful for developing a medicament for the treatment or prophylaxis of IAV infection and/or ameliorating pulmonary injury caused by excessive inflammation associated with IAV infection in a subject.

The background is extracted from the image by an object detection procedure. Then, the background is analyzed to get the color deviation information. According to the color deviation information, the control method adjusts the gain value to adjust the color value of the image. Accordingly, the present automatic color balance control method can properly adjust the color of the image according to the light source without being affected by the moving foreground objects.
