Abstract: The present disclosure provides a perovskite solar cell and a manufacturing method. The method includes: providing a substrate; forming a functional layer on the substrate; forming a perovskite crystal in the functional layer; providing a postprocessing solution including a solvent and an isocyanates compound; applying the postprocessing solution to the perovskite crystal, and maintaining the postprocessing solution for a predetermined time period under a predetermined condition, so as to remove the solvent for complete reaction. According to the present disclosure, it is able to optimize the performance of the perovskite solar cell and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a laser-sintered perovskite solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: forming a hole blocking layer on a conductive base substrate; forming a mesoporous nanocrystalline layer on the hole blocking layer, and sintering the mesoporous nanocrystalline layer through a laser beam; forming an insulation interlayer on the mesoporous nanocrystalline layer; forming a counter electrode layer on the insulation interlayer, and sintering the insulation layer and the counter electrode layer; and applying a perovskite precursor solution on the counter electrode layer to obtain the laser-sintered perovskite solar cell.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a printable curved-surface perovskite solar cell, including a curved-surface conductive substrate, a porous electron transport layer, a porous insulation layer, a porous back electrode layer and a perovskite filler. The curved-surface conductive substrate includes a curved-surface transparent substrate and a conductive layer deposited on the curved-surface transparent substrate. The porous electron transport layer, the porous insulation layer and the porous back electrode layer are sequentially deposited on the conductive layer from bottom to top. The perovskite filler is filled in pores of the porous electron transport layer, the porous insulation layer and the porous back electrode layer. The present disclosure further provides a method for preparing the printable curved-surface perovskite solar cell.
