  • Publication number: 20240044375
Abstract: A cylindrical portion of an annular support member has a small-diameter portion press-fitted to an inner ring of a bearing, and a large-diameter portion formed by enlarging a part of the cylindrical portion, which is closer to an inboard side than the small-diameter portion. An annular magnet member has an inner-diameter side recessed portion formed by depressing, toward an outboard side, a radially inner part of a surface, in an inboard side, of the annular magnet member, and a wraparound portion that wraps around the annular support member toward the outboard side to a stepped portion between the small-diameter portion and the large-diameter portion. An inner peripheral surface of the wraparound portion protrudes radially inward more than an inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter portion. An inner peripheral surface of the inner-diameter side recessed portion has a gate mark of an inner-diameter side disk gate.

  • Publication number: 20240048774
Abstract: An encoder includes circuitry and memory coupled to the circuitry. The circuitry determines whether to split a current luma virtual pipeline decoding unit (VPDU) into smaller blocks. When it is determined not to split the current luma VPDU into smaller blocks, the circuitry predicts a block of chroma samples without using luma samples. When it is determined to split the luma VPDU into smaller blocks, the circuitry predicts the block of chroma samples using luma samples. The circuitry encodes the block using the predicted chroma samples.

  • Publication number: 20240048703
Abstract: Estimating determines, on the basis of processed quantized values, a quantization interval for quantizing input element values, which are elements of input values serving as a processing object and determines, on the basis of the processed quantized values, a probability distribution of quantization value candidates, which are candidates of quantized values of the input element values; quantizing uses the quantization interval to quantize the input element values and determine a quantized value; and entropy encoding uses the probability distribution to perform entropy encoding of a quantization time sequence which includes quantized value codes indicating the quantized values of the input element values.
