    Abstract: A valve device includes a valve body and a valve seat body. The valve seat body has a thick cylindrical shape extending in an axis line direction. The valve seat body includes a seal groove on an outer periphery thereof, the seal groove extending in a circumferential direction. The valve seat body includes a large-diameter portion and a small-diameter portion on an inner periphery thereof, the large-diameter and small-diameter portions connected to each other in the axis line direction. The valve seat body includes a valve seat portion between the large-diameter and small-diameter portions, the valve body being seated on the valve seat portion. The position of the seal groove in the axis line direction coincides with the position of the valve seat portion in the axis line direction or is located on a high-pressure side of the position of the valve seat portion in the axis line direction.

    Abstract: A valve device includes: a main valve element arranged so as to divide a valve element space of a housing into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber; and a pilot valve element arranged in the second pressure chamber. A first pilot passage including a first restrictor extends from an outside of the housing or the primary passage to the second pressure chamber, and a second pilot passage including a second restrictor is formed at the main valve element. The pilot valve element is biased by a biasing member to close an upstream end of the second pilot passage. When electric power is supplied to a drive unit, the pilot valve element opens the upstream end of the second pilot passage. An excess flow prevention valve including a third restrictor is provided at the second pilot passage so as to be located downstream of the second restrictor.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a sheath for gastrostoma (1), a sheathed dilator, a gastrostomy catheter kit and a method of splitting a sheath for gastrostoma. The sheath for gastrostoma (1) includes a sheath body (11) in which a gastrostomy catheter (2) is inserted and a handle (12). The sheath for gastrostoma (1) lowers the insertion resistance of a gastrostomy catheter when inserted in a fistula before insertion of the gastrostomy catheter in the fistula for replacement in the patient's body. According to the invention, a sheath for gastrostoma, a sheathed dilator, a sheath for gastrostoma with insertion aid, a gastrostomy catheter kit and a method of splitting a sheath for gastrostoma which can lower the insertion resistance during placement of a catheter in the patient's body, facilitate air supply control of an endoscope and stabilize endoscopic visual field during surgery are provided.

The device includes a light source, a camera, and a detector. The light source projects light that penetrates the separator and is reflected by the electrodes. The camera receives the light reflected by the positive electrode when the packaged positive electrode is on the uppermost layer and receives the light reflected by the negative electrode when the negative electrode is on the uppermost layer. The detector detects the relative positional relationship between the electrodes based on the results of light reception by the camera when the packaged positive electrode is on the uppermost layer and the results of light reception by the camera when the negative electrode is on the uppermost layer.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve includes a valve body and causes a valve body to move by an electromagnetic proportional solenoid to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage, thereby regulating secondary pressure to target pressure. A pressure return chamber is formed in the housing, and a diaphragm seal is provided at the valve body. The diaphragm seal receives the secondary pressure of the pressure return chamber to cause the valve body to move toward a closed position. A bearing member is provided between the valve body and the housing. In a gap between the valve body and the housing, a high-pressure sealing member is provided closer to the valve passage than the bearing member, and a low-pressure sealing member is provided closer to the bearing member than the high-pressure sealing member. A buffer chamber connected to a secondary port is formed between the sealing members.

A diaphragm seal and a low-pressure sealing member respectively seal both sides of a bearing member slidingly supporting the valve body. The diaphragm seal receives the secondary pressure from a pressure return chamber. A back pressure chamber connected to a primary port is formed in the valve body by a seal rod inserted in the valve body. A communication passage connected to a secondary port is formed at a side of the seal rod, and a high-pressure sealing member seals between the communication passage and the back pressure chamber.
