Publication number: 20210378112Abstract: In a structure for connecting a terminal to a circuit substrate within a case, a resin holder to which a plurality of terminal members are insert bonded is insert bonded to a resin case member having a connector portion and configuring part of the case. Each terminal member has one end part connected to the circuit substrate housed in the case, another end part of the terminal member being disposed within the connector portion. The holder is insert bonded to the case member while leaving an exposure hole as a cavity. Formed in the case member is an open hole communicating with the exposure hole and opening on a housing chamber side. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a short circuit due to moisture from occurring between the terminal members retained by the holder.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 3, 2021Publication date: December 2, 2021Inventors: Yuuichi SATOU, Minoru SHIBUTANI, Hiroyuki HAZAWA, Shinichi OZAKI, Yoshiyuki MIYAKAWA, Yoshihiro YAMAZUMI

Patent number: 7181850Abstract: A light weight saber saw with reduced numbers of mechanical components and capable of preventing liquid and dust from entering interior of a housing. A plunger reciprocates only in its axial direction in conformity with a longitudinal direction of the housing. A blade holding portion is pivotally movably connected to a front end of the plunger. The blade holding portion includes a plunger chip through which a rear end of a blade is insertable, and a blade holder covering the plunger chip. The blade holder has a track side corresponding to tooth side of the blade, and a track having an inclined track surface is provided at the track side. The housing rotatably supports a roller in rolling contact with the track surface. When the blade is retractingly moved into the housing, the blade holding portion and the blade are pivotally moved totether toward a workpiece by the contact between the roller and the track surface.Type: GrantFiled: July 9, 2004Date of Patent: February 27, 2007Assignee: Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshihiko Tachibana, Yuuichi Satou, Yukio Terunuma

Patent number: 6893026Abstract: A blade attachment/detachment mechanism for detachably attaching a blade to a saber saw. An end portion of the blade is formed with a blade hole. A reciprocally movable plunger has a blade attachment end portion where a slit and a stepped hole are formed. The slit extends in a longitudinal direction of the blade, and the stepped hole extends in a direction perpendicular to the slit and intersects the slit. An engagement pin is provided in the stepped hole. The engagement pin is engageable with the blade hole to fix the blade to the plunger when the blade end is inserted into the slit. For moving the engagement pin, a knob is pivotally supported to the blade attachment end portion, and a torsion spring is provided to bias the knob in a blade attaching direction. The knob has a slanted surface in engagement with the engagement pin.Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2003Date of Patent: May 17, 2005Assignee: Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazunobu Yoshimura, Yuuichi Satou, Toshihiko Tachibana

Patent number: 6873124Abstract: A rotational speed controller maintains a constant low speed during idling, a constant high speed when a load is applied and controls motor rotational speed in the range between low and high speed to ensure safe operation when used in an electrically powered tool. When the current detection signal output from a current detection circuit is lower than a first predetermined value (during idling), a rotational speed setting circuit outputs a rotational speed setting signal indicating a first rotational speed to drive the motor at a constant low speed. When the current detection signal exceeds a second predetermined value (when a load is applied), the rotational speed setting circuit outputs a rotational speed setting signal indicating the second rotational speed to drive the motor at a constant high speed.Type: GrantFiled: December 11, 2003Date of Patent: March 29, 2005Assignee: Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd.Inventors: Yoshikazu Kawano, Nobuhiro Takano, Yuuichi Satou, Toshihiko Tachibana
