  • Publication number: 20240325984
Abstract: Cation exchange membranes are prepared via facile methods to control sulfonation of polystyrene repeat units. An amount of sulfuric acid is reacted with an acetic anhydride to form an amount of acetyl sulfate. The acetyl sulfate is then added to a known concentration of polystyrene units in boiling dichloromethane (DCM) to form sulfonated polystyrene random copolymers, including a random distribution of sulfonated polystyrene repeats and unsulfonated polystyrene repeats, with sulfonation levels between about 0.07 and about 0.225. The sulfonation level can be controlled by adjusting reaction times, reaction temperatures, and sulfuric acid loading in the reaction mediums. These membranes, neutralized via alkali metals, exhibit high charge densities and low hydration degrees, and maintain high permselectivity under various high solution concentrations.

  • Patent number: 12108206
Abstract: A microphone assembly includes a microphone, an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. The microphone has a shell, a diaphragm, a first sound receiving hole and a second sound receiving hole. The inner sleeve has a first hole and a second hole. The microphone is received between the first hole and the second hole. The inner sleeve is movable relative to the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve and the outer sleeve have at least two relative positions: in a first relative position, both the first hole and the second hole communicate with an outside environment; and in a second relative position, the first hole or the second hole communicates with the outside environment. The microphone assembly utilizes the relative movement of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to achieve directivity change.

  • Publication number: 20240315089
Abstract: A display device, and a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of display. The display panel includes a substrate, a driver layer, a barrier structure, and a light-emitting layer covering the driver layer and the barrier structure and being discontinuously at least at a barrier groove of the barrier structure. The barrier structure includes a support layer, a barrier layer and a second protective layer. The barrier layer is in a different area of a same film layer than a wiring layer of the driver layer, and a side wall of the barrier layer is provided with the barrier groove surrounding the driver layer. The second protective layer is on a surface of the barrier layer away from the substrate and in a different area of a same protective film than a first protective layer of the driver layer.

  • Publication number: 20120272124
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for recovering lost media data packets, and the method includes: a stream media server sending and buffering a media data stream; a client receiving and buffering the media data stream, and sending a negative-acknowledge (NACK) message to the stream media server when the client detects that the buffered media data stream has lost media data packets, the stream media server setting forward error correction (FEC) coding redundancy and acquiring the media data packets needing to be recovered from the media data stream buffered in itself, encoding the media data packets needing to be recovered into FEC data according to the FEC coding redundancy, and sending the FEC data to the client; with combination of the received FEC data and the media data stream buffered in the client itself, the client recovering the lost media data packets in the media data stream.
