  • Publication number: 20170086738
Abstract: There are provided a biological sensor control device, an operation method and operation program thereof, and a biological sensor system capable of effectively using the power of a battery of a wearable biological sensor device within a measurement period. In a case where the measurement period of a wearable biological sensor device is shortened, a determination unit changes the driving conditions so as to increase the driving power of the wearable biological sensor device by increasing the number of measurement items and/or by shortening the measurement interval. The determination unit determines the driving conditions in which the remaining capacity becomes a preset value or less at the end of the measurement period.

  • Patent number: 9576467
Abstract: The emergency detection system includes a position information acquisition section, a presumption section, a determination section, and a notification section. The position information acquisition section acquires position information that indicates temporal changes of current positions of a plurality of portable terminals obtained using a GPS. The presumption section presumes a point of emergency occurrence on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition section. The determination section examines whether or not the point presumed by the presumption section corresponds to an exclusion area, and determines that the point presumed by the presumption section is the point of the emergency occurrence in the case where the point does not correspond to the exclusion area. The notification section notifies the point of the emergency occurrence, which is determined by the determination section, to terminals at a preset destination of the notification.

  • Publication number: 20160283669
Abstract: The clinical path management server has a clinical path database (CPDB), an access request reception unit, a determination unit, and a warning unit. The CPDB stores a clinical path, in which schedules and work results relating to a plurality of medical practices are recorded in time series, such that the clinical path can be searched. The access request reception unit receives an access request with respect to the clinical path, from the operator terminal. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of omission of input of work results of the past medical practices of which the input should be already completed at a point in time when the access request is received, when the access request is received. The warning unit issues a warning in a case where it is determined that there is omission of input.

  • Publication number: 20160239616
Abstract: A medical support system provides timeline information having medical care information of a patient arranged in a time sequence for use in medical care of the patient. A timeline entry device registers the timeline information in a database in association with fingerprint information (biometric information) for identifying the patient. A timeline readout device reads out the timeline information from the database by search upon identity verification of the fingerprint information. Furthermore, a timeline matching device operates upon acquiring plural sets of the timeline information with identity verification of the fingerprint information, and generates multi-user timeline information by matching the plural sets of the timeline information in the time sequence. Preferably, the timeline entry device is provided with the timeline information by plural medical service providers for the medical care of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20160210421
Abstract: In the clinical pathway management device, if a request for change that requires the change of the content of a clinical pathway is received, with reference to schedule data, it is determined whether or not there is an overlap between hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in a clinical pathway as a target of change and hospital resources assigned to a treatment included in other clinical pathways different from the clinical pathway as a target of change in a case where the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is no overlap, the clinical pathway is changed according to the request for change. In a case where there is an overlap because of the change of at least either the clinical pathway as a target of change or other clinical pathways described above, plural kinds of plans of change for avoiding the overlap are generated.

  • Publication number: 20160210417
Abstract: A clinical path approval unit extracts clinical paths for which a user has approval authority by referring to authority information of the clinical paths stored in a clinical path DB, and causes the user to select a clinical path to be approved from among the extracted clinical paths. If the clinical path to be approved is selected, information (digital signature) indicating that the clinical path is approved and a certificate for certificating that this approval has been made from a terminal of a user having approval authority are generated. The clinical path approval unit stores the digital signature or the certificate in association with the approved clinical path to update the clinical path DB.

  • Publication number: 20160199007
Abstract: An alarm notification apparatus includes an event detector for monitoring vital information of a body, such as a blood pressure and electrocardiogram, to check whether an anomalous event has occurred to the body. A reliability evaluator evaluates reliability of a result of detection of the anomalous event in the event detector. A notifier selects at least one addressee according to the reliability among plural predetermined addressees, and notifies the selected addressee of occurrence of the anomalous event. Preferably, a storage area is used for storing error log data expressing a false detection of an anomalous event in spite of non-occurrence of an anomalous event. Assuming that the event detector detects the anomalous event, the reliability evaluator obtains the reliability according to the error log data. Thus, it is possible to reduce influence of the false detection due to measurement artifact.

  • Patent number: 9215595
Abstract: In an information sharing system, a data security apparatus includes a location acquisition device for acquiring GPS location information of a current location of a mobile terminal apparatus. A location evaluator checks whether the mobile terminal apparatus is located within a zone area according to the location information. A storage device stores association information of a relationship between the zone area and medical data of a medical chart allowed to be read within the zone area by authorization. A cancellation signal generator generates a cancellation signal for instructing cancellation of the medical data in case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus is moved out of the zone area. Furthermore, a data distributer transmits the medical data to the mobile terminal apparatus. In case the location evaluator judges that the mobile terminal apparatus has entered the zone area, the data distributer starts transmitting the medical data.
