The UE may transmit a local loss value based at least in part on the training iteration of the machine learning model within a time window to report the local loss value for the training iteration, the time window having an ending. The first cover plate seals and is installed on the first opening. The first terminal is installed on the first cover plate. The electrode assembly is arranged in the casing and has a first tab extending from a side close to the first cover plate. The first tab is fixedly connected to the first terminal and is formed with a first tab free end. The first insulating member is installed on a side of the first cover plate close to the electrode assembly. The first insulating member is provided with a tab blocked structure. A side of the first terminal close to the electrode assembly and the tab blocked structure form a first accommodating space.

Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to radio frequency (RF) connection. In the implementations, an access point (AP) comprises an antenna module, a separation plate, a main board, and a connector. The antenna module is fixed on the first surface of the separation plate. The connector comprises an inner conductor and an outer conductor passing through a hole in the separation plate and connects the trace of the antenna module with the electronic components in the main board. The inner conductor and the outer conductor are retractable along a direction perpendicular to the main board. In this way, by directly connecting the antenna with the main board by a retractable connector, additional cables can be spared without sacrificing the mechanical performance of the connection structure.

The identity configuration method in embodiments of this application includes: sending, by a first terminal, a first message, where the first message is used to configure a local identity of a second terminal, and the local identity is used to uniquely identify the terminal in a U2U relay link, where the U2U relay link includes a source terminal, a target terminal, and a relay terminal, and the second terminal is the source terminal or the target terminal; and receiving, by the first terminal, a second message, where the second message is a response message to the first message.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus related to liquid cells for use in transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In one aspect, as assembly includes a first TEM element and a second TEM element. The first TEM element comprises a grid with a first oxide disposed thereon, a first polymer layer disposed on the first oxide, and a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the first polymer layer. The second TEM element comprises a second grid having a second oxide disposed thereon and a second polymer layer disposed on the second oxide. The second TEM element has a circular shape with a portion of the circular shape being removed such that an end of the first electrode and an end of the second electrode are exposed when the second TEM element is placed on top of the first TEM element to form the assembly.

The energy storage converter includes: a DC switching power supply circuit configured to provide a first power supply using DC power from the DC side port; an AC switching power supply circuit configured to provide a second power supply using AC power from the AC side port; a power supply circuit configured to supply power to the energy storage converter using the first power supply or the second power supply; and a control circuit configured to, based on an operation state of the energy storage converter, control the DC switching power supply circuit or the AC switching power supply circuit to provide the power supply circuit with power supply. A power supply mode is selected based on an operation state of the energy storage converter. The DC/AC switching power supply circuit independently supplies power at the same time.

Abstract: A notching system for an electrode sheet coated with slurry on a surface of a collector includes: an electrode unwinder from which the electrode sheet is unwound; a film unwinder from which a protective film stacked on the electrode sheet is unwound; a notching device configured to notch a non-coating portion, which is a portion that is not coated with the slurry on the electrode sheet, when provided in the state in which the protective film is stacked on the electrode sheet; and a rewinder configured to wind the notched electrode sheet. Accordingly, the problem such as the cutting and tearing of the electrode sheet and the problem of causing the scratches due to the separation of the graphite powder from the surface of the electrode sheet may be solved.

For example, a first user equipment (UE), may transmit a first emergency message indicating a request for relaying a second emergency message to one or more network entities, the first UE being out-of-coverage of a network entity. The first UE may receive, from a second UE associated with an aircraft, a feedback message in response to the first emergency message and may transmit, to the second UE, a second emergency message based on receiving the feedback message. The second UE may receive the second emergency message and transmit, over an air-to-ground wireless communications network, an indication based on the first emergency message and the second emergency message.

The apparatus may encode a dataset into a set of protocol data units (PDUs) using fountain coding based on the channel conditions. The apparatus may send a first subset of the set of PDUs to the other apparatus on a first carrier of the at least two carriers. The apparatus may send a second subset of the set of PDUs to the other apparatus on a second carrier of the at least two carriers. Another apparatus, such as a user equipment (UE), may receive the set of PDUs from the apparatus over the at least two carriers, and may decode the set of PDUs to obtain a dataset using fountain coding.
