    Abstract: This application provides an uplink control method and apparatus. The method includes: measuring, by first UE, a first signal on a first time-frequency resource, to obtain a measurement result, where the first signal is a signal formed by superposing second signals sent by at least one second UE on a second time-frequency resource, and a time-domain resource of the first time-frequency resource belongs to a first time-domain resource unit; and controlling, by the first UE, power of uplink data on the first time-domain resource unit based on the measurement result. According to the uplink power control method and apparatus provided in this application, UE-to-UE cross interference can be reduced.
