    Abstract: A method of preparing a crystalline copper-based coordination polymer comprises preparing a mixture of copper ions and a first quaternized carboxylate pyridyl ligand; adding a second polypyridyl ligand; and forming crystals of a copper-based coordination polymer therefrom. The crystalline copper-based coordination polymer is suitable for providing a sensing platform for detecting the presence of one or more target nucleic acid sequences such as viral RNA, in particular Dengue virus and/or Zika virus RNA with high selectivity and high specificity. A method of detecting at least a first target nucleic acid sequence, in particular from a viral RNA, in particular it is Flavivirus RNA, in a sample is also provided. Further provided is a kit including the crystalline copper-based coordination polymer and an oligonucleotide probe.

The main characteristics of dielectric fuse mechanisms is that by applying an electric field on the dielectrics, the ions or atoms in the dielectrics are drifted-out, or the dielectrics are burned-out, that create damage of the dielectric structure in a form of porosity, and the conductivity (resistivity) of tunneling current through the dielectrics changes the state from high conductivity (resistivity) to low conductivity (resistivity). The dielectric fuse mechanism has been integrated in VLSI circuits, completed the validation, and implemented by the fabrication of CMOS process.

    Abstract: A power supply apparatus with a protection function includes a pulse width modulation control unit, a pulse width modulation detecting unit, a switch unit and a feedback circuit. The feedback circuit detects a bus voltage. When the feedback circuit detects that the bus voltage is greater than a predetermined voltage, the feedback circuit sends an informing signal to the pulse width modulation control unit. The pulse width modulation control unit adjusts a duty cycle of a pulse width modulation signal and sends the pulse width modulation signal to the pulse width modulation detecting unit. When the pulse width modulation detecting unit detects that the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation signal is less than a predetermined cycle, the pulse width modulation detecting unit turns off the switch unit to stop outputting power to avoid a reverse current phenomenon.
