    Abstract: Described herein is a framework for providing and securing data access by external users. In accordance with one aspect of the framework, an external schema is generated to pair with an existing company schema in a database. The company schema may own data stored in the database. One or more access-control views that expose one or more subsets of the data may further be generated. The external schema may be granted access to the one or more access-control views. Synonyms may be created to rename access-control views, so that the synonyms share common names with corresponding database objects accessible via the company schema. External users may then access the data visible to them via the synonyms that are used to alias the access-control views.

A surface of the positioning portion forms a fixing surface. When the waterproof button is mounted to the electronic device, the fixing surface is fixed to the electronic device. An electronic device using the waterproof button is also described.

    Abstract: A hot swappable device includes a port, a firmware module, and an interrupt masking module. The port includes a Peripheral Component Interface express Physical Layer, and the Peripheral Component Interface express Physical Layer includes multiple lanes lanes. The Peripheral Component Interface express Physical Layer detects an analog signal in each of the multiple lanes, when it is detected that an amplitude of an analog signal in one of the multiple lanes is less than a preset threshold, generates an ALOS signal corresponding to the lane, and transmits the ALOS signal to the interrupt masking module. The interrupt masking module generates an ALOS interrupt signal corresponding to the lane and sends the ALOS interrupt signal to the firmware module. If the firmware module receives, in a preset time period, an ALOS interrupt signal corresponding to each lane, the firmware module resets the port.

    Abstract: A macro eNB (MeNB) triggers a small cell (eLA eNB) to transmit a sequence on a second frequency band using a triggering command that indicates a time to transmit the sequence. On a first frequency band the MeNB triggers at least one user equipment UE to detect the sequence on the second band, and this trigger also has a first indication of when the sequence will be transmitted. From a second indication the MeNB receives on the first band from the at least one UE in response to the triggering of the UE the MeNB can determine whether the UE is located proximate to the small cell. The indication may be as little as a single bit indicating whether the UE detected or not the sequence. The first and second bands may be on first and second component carriers that may not be synchronized to one another, and the aperiodic nature of the triggered sequences and detection reports saves UE power.
