    Abstract: Previous hybrid-anion and cation-redox (HACR) cathodes were limited in cycling performance by irreversible anionic redox reactions caused by the loss of anions. To overcome this limitation, a lithium (Li) transition metal (M) oxide particle is described having a Li concentration gradient. In one example, the particle includes a Li-rich core region that provides capacity and energy density due anionic and cationic contributions and a Li-poor surface region surrounding the core region to inhibit anionic activity and thus substantially reduce the loss of anions. A gradient region disposed between the core and surface regions has a Li concentration profile that varies from a first Li concentration in the core region to a second Li concentration in the surface region. A high-temperature leaching method may be used to leach LiO from a Li-rich Li1+xM1?XO2 particle, thus forming a coherent Li gradient with a stabilized layered structure.

A method of receiving information according to one embodiment comprises receiving a first number of code block groups from a base unit, wherein each code block within a code block group is independently decodable; determining a (HARQ-ACK) codebook size corresponding to the first number of code block groups; and transmitting a HARQ-ACK codebook to the base unit, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook comprises the first number of HARQ-ACK bits with each bit corresponding to one code block group and a second number of padded bits. The first number plus the second number is equal to the determined HARQ-ACK codebook size. The present application enhances the downlink (DL) transmission performance and the uplink (UL) HARQ-ACK transmission reliability.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a 9,10-dihydro-acridine derivative having a structure of Formula (I). The HOMO and LUMO levels of the 9,10-dihydro-acridine derivative are distributed on different electron donating and electron withdrawing groups, such that the HOMO and LUMO levels are separated, achieving a small ?EST. The 9,10-dihydro-acridine derivative can be used as a TADF material in an organic light-emitting device. The dihydro-acridinyl group in the electron donating group is linked to a dibenzoheterocyclic ring. Introducing modifying groups allows adjustment of triplet and singlet energy levels of the compound, enabling the TADF material to have a high luminescence efficiency in blue and deep blue regions. The invention also relates to an organic light-emitting device having at least one functional layer containing the 9,10-dihydro-acridine derivative. When the compound is used as a guest luminescent material in a light emitting layer, an OLED device of high blue light emitting efficiency is obtained.
