The moving mechanism is configured to: control the upsetting mechanism to move towards the battery cell along a direction of a central axis of the battery cell. The battery cell includes a housing and a cover plate. The housing and the cover plate are connected in a sealing manner and formed with a crimping structure turned outwards. A surface of the upsetting mechanism facing the crimping structure is provided with at least one protruding structure, and the protruding structure is configured to press the crimping structure towards the direction of the central axis of the battery cell when the moving mechanism controls the upsetting mechanism to move towards the battery cell, so that the crimping structure is inclined towards a direction close to the central axis of the battery cell.
