An alert generating device connected to the processor generates an alert including one or more policies above a threshold level of likelihood that the policy will be affected by the regulatory change.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an angular rate gyro in which a bell-shaped vibrator having nonuniform thickness, axially symmetric and multi curved surface combined structural features is used as a sensitive element. The angular rate gyro is composed of the bell-shaped vibrator, a vibrator fixing shaft, a vibrator base, an airtight hood, a housing and a circuit system. The bell-shaped vibrator includes a bell shoulder having a hemispheric shell structure, a bell waist having a cylindrical shell structure and a bell lip having a hyperboloidal shell structure. The bell-shaped vibrator, the base and a central shaft are mechanically and fixedly connected together to be formed into an integral core having sensitive gyratory effect. A circuit system is used to control vibration forms of the bell-shaped vibrator, perform signal processing and solve the applied angular rate.

    Abstract: In an approach for visual liveness detection, a video-audio signal related to a speaker speaking a text is obtained. The video-audio signal is split into a video signal which records images of the speaker and an audio signal which records a speech spoken by the speaker. Then a first sequence indicating visual mouth openness is obtained from the video signal, and a second sequence indicating acoustic mouth openness is obtained based on the text and the audio signal. Synchrony between the first and second sequences is measured, and the liveness of the speaker is determined based on the synchrony.

Identified lifecycle state transactions associated with the user are modeled by performing a lifecycle state transition probability calculation utilizing collected social media data and transaction data. Utilizing the model of the identified lifecycle state transactions, a two-level Hidden Markov Model (HMM) lifecycle model is generated for current lifecycle states being experienced by the user. Utilizing the two-level HMM lifecycle model for current lifecycle states being experienced by the user, one or more future behavioral predictions are generated with regard to the user's lifecycle. One or more E-commerce recommendations are then issued to the user based on the one or more future behavioral predictions.
